Do not use these people. Lied to on several occasions while trying to secure a generator rental for a fire benefit. Waited until the day after they said they would accept a reservation, after confirming on several occasions, and was told they no longer take reservations.Immediately called another vendor who promptly offered a discount, given the cause.Why the deceit? Why the dishonesty? Should of been upfront from the start and said we do not take reservations as our focus is on X client base.I can respect that my needs do not fit their core customer base. Honesty and transparency would have saved a lot of headaches.

Horrible customer service and lack of product knowledge. Most the employees were making racist jokes as if customers arent listening. Hopefully this institution gets some kinds of diversity and culture training before continuing with their job. If you want to be subjected to racism by a bunch of white guys this is the place to go. Would not recommend to anyone for business.
