Just bought a house that had a few plumbing issues. I needed a new hot water heater, needed a drain pipe replaced, and needed a gas line run. Mike and his team have been great. Quality work and a fair price. A better deal than some of the other plumbers I called first. He responds quickly and is easy to work with. I will continue to use MT Plumbing for future plumbing needs.

Felt ripped off. $289 for 20 minutes of time to fix two toilet fill valves. The parts at Lowes were $20 each. Water spilt all over my bathrooms afterwards. Not cool. Should have realized something wasnt legit when I couldnt even get a rough estimate for the repair over the phone. And, now the toilets take even longer to fill up with water with the new parts. I was told that this is just how it is.

Saturday morning my water heater started leaking all over my garage. I have a home warranty company and they connected me with MT Plumbing for an expedited work order. I called and spoke with Mike. He was very friendly and extremely helpful! He was proactive in working with my warranty company to get the water heater replaced in an expedite manner and scheduled an appointment for the next day to replace it. On the day of the appointment, when he realized he would be showing up about 20 minutes later than the time frame originally given, he contacted me to give me an updated time of arrival. He was respectful, efficient and kept the work area as clean as possible. He answered all my questions and didnt seem bothered when he had to explain things to me. This wasn’t the first time I called Mike for our plumbing needs. He’s always treated us well with quick service at a fair price. When we needed a whole house filtration system to overcome some of our water well shortcomings (sediment, hard water and odors) he came out and took a sample for the lab to make suggestion on which filtration systems would take care of the problems.If you’ve ever researched water filtration systems, it’ll give you a headache to navigate through the many manufacturers, products and prices. Mike installed a complete system and even took care to extend it around the corner of the house so it wasn’t the first thing you see driving by. Super clean and professional workmanship right down to the insulation for our colder climate.I knew that Mike was our go-to plumber from the first time we used we him and he didn’t disappoint us once again.
