Chico Septic was very professional and timely. They were able to schedule an inspection for me quickly and had the report back to me in less than 24 hours. Everyone I dealt with were polite, professional and responsive. They also make it easy to pay and schedule services.

I am giving Chico Septic five stars because they totally deserve it. They deserve it because they first and foremost, obviously know what they are doing. Secondly, there were a couple of minor issues that came up and the response to them were prompt, which is not always the case here in town. Im posting this publicly, you see my name, Im no shill or troll so trust me, they are as good as you could possibly hope to expect.

I talked to Rachel and she was able to answer all my questions and let me know what to expect, the following week I scheduled with them and they were able to fit my inspection in within a couple of days! Ben came out and was very professional and got my inspection taken care of and I had my report within a day. They were a very fair price, better prices than anyone else I called and after the inspection was done it was a better price than I thought it was going to be. I would recommend this company to anyone buying or selling their house and if I ever have issues with my house I will be calling them as well. All Around Great Experience!

Rachel was rude and dismissive made me feel like I was an inconvenience. I was charged 175 dollars for someone to come look at my septic system and recommend that I just scrap it and put an entire new system in. A second opinion from hydrotec solutions has my entire system fixed and looking as good as new for 1605.00$ wich was a 220$ below the estimate they gave me save your time and money!

These guys do a great job at a good rate. I would highly recommend and will use again (when the kids fill up the septic again!)
