I hired Trisha to do a very difficult restraining order case after I had other servers try first to serve this guy but no luck because he moved and we could not locate his address. As soon as I gave it to Trisha, she got the address right away then she went to this violent persons address and served him without incident and it went very smooth, and on the very first try! Not only is my family safe now, but we have a lot more peace of mind. She was very informative and knows her job very well. We hired her to do our process service for our sons complicated restraining order case. We didnt have the actual address but she ran a skip trace on him and found his address and then she helped us understand what we needed to do correctly on our documents when we were unsure. Then she went to the courthouse and turned in the documents with the new address and got them back stamped and ready to go for us and then she went out and served him at the address she found which was right and she actually got him served on the first try. He knew it was coming and he was being evasive but she pulled tricks out of her hat and got it done and are so grateful and honestly relieved. I thought that was really terrific and it was really fast too. She has eliminated huge amounts of stress and worries for our family. We got a proof of service the very next day and took it to the courthouse and turned it in. Our court date just happened recently and it went off without a hitch! Everything was typed perfectly and in order and correct. The preparation of the documents and the service and proof of service all were all done very fast, within 5 days from skip trace to completion. Wow. We heard she was amazing but she’s way more than amazing, she’s absolutely remarkable and undeniably a huge asset to our local community and legal system. We are very lucky to have been recommended to her by some friends who used her before. Thank goodness we knew someone. If you are trying to choose, choose her. You won’t be disappointed and it will all be done right, the first time, just like her business card says! We are more than impressed. We are very happy and will go back if we need service again without a doubt. She’s also very friendly and kind and compassionate and seems like she truly cares about you and your case.
