Superior service!! Michael was so easy to work with. He makes a hard situation so much smoother. Extremely professional, knowledgeable and was a life saver to our family! We are from out of state. I was able to hire him to file all of our forms, pick up additional documents, and serve all parties. We were working on a short time frame and had a lot to get completed. Worst process server I have ever tried to use. Provided documents to them for filing and recording on February 14th and as of March 26th still have not received any of the filed, let alone recorded documents, back from their offices despite several phone calls to follow up on their services.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I hired this company to serve a court order that needed proof of service returned. I asked specially if I would get the proof of service because of the one prior negative review stating that they had not filed proof of service. The company made excuses for why that may have happened and told me that mine would be filed. They had three weeks to file the proof of service after serving the other party in the case. I called more than a week before the court date and was told that it would be filed. Well today is court and nothing ever arrived. They even had a self addressed stamped envelope to send it in. They had plenty of time. Also the company told me last week it had been sent and that it will be there. Today is court and it never arrived. Very deceitful and miss leading.I wrote this for the Redding ca. Office . But same company.

I found myself in the unfortunate circumstance of needing a process server after the sheriff was unsuccessful at serving my documents. I called two other places, in the middle of the day only to get voicemail. Michael picked up right away. He was friendly, professional yet understanding and even with his busy schedule for the day, quick to help. He was able to serve the papers same day and dropped off the proof of service at the court for me. I cant recommend his service enough. While I hope I never need his services in the future, if I do or know someone who does, I will definitely call him.

Reid, registered with BUTTE county courts, registered under number 178, lied while signing two (2) different documents with the Shasta County Superior courts as he declared under penalty of perjury of the laws of the United States of America and the state of California. Michael J. Reid also accepted financial pay from a private party/attorney to falsify the documents stating the defendants were served when they were in fact not served.
