I usually got to meriam nails which I love! But a lot of my friends and coworkers said I should try this place so since meriam was busy, I thought I’d give it a try. Never again. I wasn’t even home when my index finger peeled off. I went back, he repainted it and the second I got home, I look and the side looks like it wants to peel off AGAIN! I went in the shower hoping it’d be fine, but no. It peeled right off again. Not to mention it was significantly longer than my left hand which I wasn’t going to complain about, but the more I looked at them, the more I realized they’re all very sloppy. Don’t go there unless you want a rushed job and peeling polish.

Tammy always does SO good at details I ask for her every time I go and never once have been disappointed! Not to mention they’re pricing is so good for there work that they do! Definitely my go to nail salon and nail tech!

Used to go to Lavish until I was taken here. Its beautiful inside and they have BEAUTIFUL designs. Definitely going back in a couple weeks and whenever I need a fill

I took my daughters to the nail salon to get nails done yesterday. They are unprofessional, they said that my daughters ‘s nails are too small to do design, but we went to else salon did just fine precisely. The nails gel already fell off today.

Absolutely horrible experience. I have many cuts on my fingers and do not know if the tools were cleaned beforehand or not. Did not look like it. If I get any sort of infections they will know. Had to get my nails off the same day since I was in so much pain from the nails. Also thank you for slapping my hands to go down instead of just telling me. I will never be going back and hope no one else will share the same experience I do. Be warned, the reviews on here tell the truth. Hope they fall under

Okay so I went to this place a while ago for the first time ( first experience great) but for some reason this second time really poor ..not only did this nail tech not glue my nails on all the way its also not what I asked for because of my job I asked for gel 🙃 didnt receive it . Fast forward to cashing out sweetheart I hope you know giving yrself a tip is very illegal!!!!! But I will be not going back and I will be contacting corporate or persons in charge . But I also recommend people to not go there anymore sad but I will be taking my business somewhere else !! I went August 25 2021 for anyone wondering!

I had a pretty poor experience today with “Linda”. I got a pedicure and manicure. First, she was upset I wanted the $30 pedicure rather than the $40. She told me she would scrub my feet more if I got the $40. Lol she did not. She also didn’t put jewels on the big toe as I requested. I let it go because she was clearly grumpy,Then, she did my manicure. She did not clean up the polish around the nail. She barely cleaned up my cuticles. She put the incorrect jewels on. I didn’t even get acrylics or nails and my total came out to $90. I gave her a $10 tip regardless because the service industry is hard.I’ve had more leg massages, arm and hand massage, cuticle cleaning, callus scrubbing and better customer service in other Chico shops. And they were cheaper. Go elsewhere!

Leo is amazing and really puts the time an effort in to his clients and I always walk out with beautiful nails!!! And toes of course!!! The salon is beautiful and clean and everyone has always been polite and friendly:) Definitely recommend!!!

She did a great job on both manicure and pedicure. above and beyond great services. She did my acrylics beautifully exactly like the inspo i showed her.

Ask for Leo.I got a horrible pedicure I paid over $50 to get the top of the line the girl that did my pedicure was horrible her name was Kim. Do not go there on Friday or Saturday they rush you out 30 minutes pedi $$ best time to go is Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

Manis, pedis, and gel nails are amazing at Tipsy! All of the techs are licensed and so skilled! We will keep going back!

This place is extremely unprofessional and outright rude.Did a manicure on my 6 year old and completely destroyed her cuticles by filing her skin on every single finger. And yelled at her not to move when she was simply adjusting in her seat. Will not be going back and urge anyone considering to just try another place.My acrylic full set was awful, the shape was so off. They were rushing and would stop right in the middle of doing your nails to go check people out. They are not skilled workers, nor do they have proper professional behavior. Worst experience. Rushed and poor quality. $105 not well spent. Skip this place.

I used to love this salon, but the nail tech I adored is no longer there. I came in today with my 11 year old daughter and showed them a picture of what we wanted. I wanted the style and colors in the pic and my daughter wanted the same style with different color polish. They said they could do it with no problem. Fast forward 45 minutes and no, they couldnt (they werent even close lol). I was skeptical when she was painting my nails as this is a marble process that usually requires dropping color into water then dipping your nail, but hey, shesthe tech and probably knew better than I did, right? Wrong. I showed her the video on how to do it and was then told they dont do that here. I asked her if we could just take the jet black polish off because without the marble dip over the top, it looked a bit too dark. She seemed to be annoyed, but seriously, I wasnt trying to pull off a goth look in March. My daughters tech also said she could do the style, but then claimed my daughters nails were too small and without consulting me (as my daughter and that tech were on the other side of the room) convinced my daughter to get a different style. Smh. It now looks like my daughter painted her nails with whiteout and then drew on them with thin sharpie. We decided to forego our pedicures at this point and just wanted to leave. They freaking then charged me $40 for my daughters manicure AND tried to charge me for mine!!!!! I was leaving with unpolished, unbuffed nails and they wasted my time by lying. (If they said they couldnt do it in the first place I would have found a style they could have done.) I paid the outrageous amount for my daughters nails because whatever, shes too young and polite to tell them that wasnt even close to what she wanted, but no way was I paying for mine.Heres the best part: I head over to Lavish Nails and tell them our story. They laugh and say: Oh look, its another screwed up Tipsy manicure. They did my nails EXACTLY like I wanted and fixed my daughters for free because they said Tipsy should not have let us leave looking like that, let alone charge us for the mess. They asked me to put a mask on my one year old. I told them I didn’t have an extra one, so they bring me one. First of all one year olds don’t require to wear a mask anywhere! So she brought me the mask. Obviously my one year old didn’t want to keep it on, so then she offers me a face shield for her! Lady she’s not going to keep it on! She’s a year old! I told her I would pay her for removing my gel off my toes & o can get my pedicure done elsewhere! Also I asked for ultra deluxe all they do is massage your feet at that’s it! Waste of time & money do not recommend! There’s a lot better places in Chico that are a lot friendlier!

I always enjoy my spa time here. I had previously been going to their other spa - US Nails and have always had a wonderful experience with my nails and toes just as I wanted them. I appreciate the talks and professionalism. I’m never rushed and feel that the value is definitely worth it. Would highly recommend!!!

Because they werent willing to even try to do my nails..or suggest a time possibly later.so i askd if the could suggest..did and they were just as short and so i goggled more nail salons and got Bliss Nail and Spa.greatest place yet..i been getting my nails done for well over 10+ years and that place is awesome.atmosphere is nice. I almost fell asleep once..im looking forward to trying out other services; eyebrows..pedicure for sure.

I am from Los Angeles, I came here after visiting my grandpa here in Chico. Made an appointment and love how clean, nice, and how they were up on the COVID rules. This place is professional and I 100% recommend their business. I wish they had a shop in Los Angeles!

I love my nails I got so so so pretty! Brought in a picture and a French manicure with a sunflower! Practice for my wedding. Literally the best nails ever by Taylor there!!!! Only downfall is the cost was $60. For the full acrylic French with sunflower. All was gel. I will come back though even though it was the most expensive I’ve ever paid. Why? Because literally the best nails I’ve ever gotten!!!!!! But if they were any less of quality I would’ve flipped at the price tag!!!

During these “uncertain times,” every business has their own Covid-19 safety precautions. Which is their right as a private business and if I choose to shop there, I choose to respect their requested safety measures. I live about 30 minutes away, called ahead to make an appointment showed up and they refused to take me because I didn’t have a mask and because I had my 7 month old with me. Irritated because I spoke with them on the phone and went on the website and there was no information on their policies. I’m sure they are lovely people and do great work, but I’ll never know. Wear a mask, get a sitter if you want your nails done here.

My husband and I went in for a day of pampering. His nasty feet werent even an issue. The ladies there giggled when I talked him into a lovely shade of pink to finish off his heavenly pedicure. Once I started getting my nails done, he opted for a manicure. My husband can best be described as a caveman/viking. He now wonders why he didnt do this sooner and is going to bring his fellow Neanderthals for pedicures. My feet are perfect, my nails are perfect. The salon is beautiful and peaceful, friendly and relaxing. This is going to be a regular thing now. I highly recommend

They just denied me service because I wouldn’t put a mask on my infant who was sleeping in her car seat. Unbelievable. I’ve come here regularly for the last 2 years.... they just lost my business. I respect the state mandate but no where does it say to mask an infant!

Very nice place but I am not sure they know what some of them are doing plus they cannot understand English very well. They were very nice but the language barrier made it difficult to get our point across about what we wanted! Took 3 people to figure out what type of pedi I wanted. They did a nice long massage on the legs and feet which was very relaxing. Loved the environment, very pretty.

This is my second time visiting Tipsy Nails and both times I have experienced top quality pedicures and exceptional customer service. The chairs are so comfortable and the interior of the salon is beautiful and soothing. I am already looking forward to my next appointment.

My daughter and I have been twice. We got gel pedicures and manicures the first time and liked them pretty well. My manicure lasted two weeks, which is rare for me because the polish usually peels. We came for a second visit and are not happy with our gel manicures. The tech who did mine cut me with the file, filed my nails way too short, left gaps in the paint on the sides of my nails, and left paint on my fingertips which she tried to scrub aggressively with acetone and then file off. Ouch! It is hands down the worst looking manicure Ive ever had from a salon. The tech who did my daughters added gems and glitter without asking if my daughter wanted them. It turned out cute but was not what my daughter wanted. The language barrier made it super difficult to communicate. The salon is new and clean, which is a plus.

Anna is the person to see! She doesnt treat you like cattle and just get you out of there. She truly cares about your nail health

Made an appointment for two people and they didnt even seat us until 20 mins after our set time, then we waited for and available nail tech. They then rushed through out pedicures and cut my friends toe (bleeding) without so much as a sorry.

Ive been patronizing US Nails and now Tipsy nails for over 6 years. They typically are pleasant, fair price, and do a good job. Currently they are only focused on making money. Customer service has slowly dwindled away. I walked into my appointment 2 min after. They called me while I was parking so I didnt answer. I walked in and they had given my appointment to another person. Lynn the owner was extremely rude and told me to sit down and that the girl would be with me shortly. Which means she was going to juggle both of our manis at the same time. Typically ends with terrible work. Will never get my nails done here again. Ive been settling for terrible service far too long.

Very clean salon... However, service is luck of the draw. My friend received a relaxing and thorough pedicure for $50. I was not so lucky... sitting with my feet in cold water waiting, then frequent interruptions when the person finally came, growling in a language I could not understand. The experience reminded me of someone chasing a chicken to break its neck and pluck its feathers...harsh! This was not a pleasant experience for $50. Service lasted probably 20 minutes out of the 2 hours we spent in the salon. The polish is less than professional. Save your money and choose another salon.

It was a good price and the nails were ok but the workers were not focusing on the nails kept getting up constantly and and j uyy stnkept talking.

They were super sweet and the place was very clean plus my nails were super pretty for a good price decent time too, recommend to go there.

I called them back and they said they filled my spot😡 what’s the point of booking online with the time we want if their going to cancel or give the appointment away!
