They do a nice job and you dont usually have to wait long if at all.

I love coming here. Vincent and Kelly are awesome. They notice detail. I love getting a flower painted everytime. I have been coming here 11 years.. and will continue to do so.

I do not recommend this nail shop for anything. It was dirty as well as just horrible service. I was there for almost 2 hours just for a fill, they filed the nails way too much. The gel polish started chipping off after a week and nails are not doing good. I do not like this place and would never go back and spend money for what i got.

I strongly disliked this nail salon. The facility was dirty, and unsanitary. They cost the same as other nail places in Chico however they charged extra to fix a broken nail as well as charging extra to fix one that they messed up and had to take off. In the process of doing this they soaked my finger with the chipped nail for over 30 min and tried to file it more after that but I had to stop them because it was so thin from the alcohol it was starting to file through my nail. They spent 45 minutes just filing the color off before doing anything else and it took about 1 hr and 45 min just to get a fill. The nail polish is very bad quality as well, I got gel polish and it chipped of a bunch after two days. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Quoted me 53$ for mani/ pedi then overcharged at the end (86$), I had them draw a pumpkin on my nails and they’re a serious joke, never coming back again

Not that clean. DID NOT use a bag in the pedicure station. I got a toenail infection that night!!! Polish was on my skin. I asked for a specific design. They said no because it would take too long. Super disappointed!! They used cheap lotion. I will stick to my other place and pay a bit more!!

Won’t go to any other nail salon in Chico, this place is my absolute favorite. They have the best prices and not to mention excellent and caring staff. When I walk in here they make me feel at home.

This place costs the same as every other nails salon in town, but it’s dirty and the quality of nail service is poor. I do not recommend this place.
