BEST KEPT SECRET IN CHICO. If you are doing some serious shipping, rest assured the Postal Station will get it there in one piece without breaking it. I wish I had never gone anywhere else. My only regret is that I found out about this place after the other shops had damaged my goods and I was moving out of town.

I am a healthcare professional and I was sending in my Information to get my certification renewal which was time sensitive it was only supposed to go to Sacramento but when I checked my tracking number they had sent it all the way to Kansas City Missouri like wth and there was nothing that they could do about it I just have to wait for it to come back to California Im livid and I will never use this postal service again!!!!!!!!!🤬😡😤

These guys and gals do an awesome job. I had to redo some fingerprints that had been done elsewhere and the Postal Station got it right! They helped me start my job post haste. :) They were speedy, helpful, and knew what they were doing. Many thanks!

While normally receiving great customer service at this business today was an extremely rude young man at the counter who was telling everyone how irritated he was that he was at work today he didnt want to work and how rude everybody was for coming in 15 minutes before they close. He was extremely rude to me and all I was doing was putting in a package for shipping but there was an older lady that he was helping that he was extremely rude to. This employee needs complete correction I cant believe they would allow him to continue to work there. normally they have very courteous and helpful employees and great service but not today.

Tall young lady there was extremely rude on more than one occasion to me and my wife. Doesn’t seem very friendly to other patrons either. Other staff is friendly, but I don’t care for this place due to one nasty, bad apple!

I came here for notary services. Walk-ins are encouraged (no appointment needed), and they always have a notary on staff! They offer scanning services (faxing also), which i utilized after the helpful notary completed my document, and then they were able to securely mail the hard copy for me! A perfect one-stop-shop! Friendly and quick!

Ive been using this station since I was effected by the camp fire, its always quick and easy. Definitely recommend to anyone whos looking for convenience and decent customer service.

Zero if i had a choice. Male worker absolutely rude and cavalier about sensitive information and sloppy booking. He was corrected several times on notary process that was scanned incorrectly the first time and took no notice. Will not come here again. The girl last time was very sweet

Efficient and friendly staff. They go out of their way to make sure their customers are happy. Its a small place but they offer shipping services from USPS, FedEx, and UPS, you can get custom rubber stamps made, get a PO Box, They also Offer Notary services. They have a wide variety of shipping and packing supplies. Not to mention the awesome little treasures they have for sale and they seem to add new stuff all the time.

Absolutely the best place here in Chico to have all your shipping needs covered. They even have a notary and PO boxes! I have been going here for years, they can ship USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Plus I believe they can also ship things via truck freight.

Rarely mail anything, so really appreciate the guy that helped me the other day... I was able to just hand him the book I was shipping point to an address on my phone and let him handle the rest. Ended up taking maybe 5 min and cost 7 bucks. A+ service

Great local business. The staff are very helpful and act hard at their job. One stop for UPS/FEDEX/USPS, they can mail it for you! They have plenty of old boxes and are actually will usually help box my items for free unlike UPS/FEDEX stores.

They are like a family to me to some extent and they work very hard to “get it done” and they do it right - I have never posted a review online for anything ever but these guys and ladies that work at this business deserve the feedback and recognition with all sincerity.

Best, easiest, friendliest, super efficient, and covers all my mailing needs -- plus several areas of specialty greeting cards and gift/sundry items.
