Great service with awesome tools! I rented a big 25 chainsaw cuz a huge oak fell in my yard. It chopped it up like butter! Guys were great, I was a little late returning it the next day and they were nice enough not to charge me a late fee🙂 I will definitely be back for any job I have in the future! Thank you so much!!!

I rented a weed eater and my experience wad terrific. The problem I usually have with my own or rented gas powered equipment is getting the thing started. The weed eater I rented worked great. It started every time I pulled on the cord and I had no problems with it. The people at All Star Rents are pleasent and helpful and will answer your questions in a way that makes sense and helps you get the most use and value out of the tool you rent

Nancy was very helpful and all of our rentals for our wedding turned out great! We loved the bird arch especially it was beautiful and perfect for our outdoor wedding. We had around 100 cupcakes and their cupcake stand was the perfect size with a small cake on top. The linens were high quality and helped pull our color scheme together, giving everything a finished look. Really glad that we were able to pick up an extra ice chest and the coat rack last minute as well. Thank you for an awesome rental experience. So i went into all star rents cus i was panicking and lookin for the child i never had. Cisco came up and calmed me down. After 10 minutes of talking, Cisco found my child that I never had. 1Million/10 Cisco has AMAZING customer service!!!

I actually received a quote for items no longer available or in existence. The stuff was dirty and full of cobwebs. Just avoid this place.

I had tried to rent a wood chipper but when I arrived I found out it was reserved by 2 people at the same time by mistake. Owned called me and offered to deliver the rental unit to my location 20 miles away when it became available and cut me a deal on the rental cost. Honest mistake and they made it right in the end. Nice to see that these guys are accountable and work hard to do right by their customers. Equipment was well maintained and worked well. I would recommend renting here.

I rented a tow able lift from All Star to use in cutting down a tree. The lift worked perfectly. All Star explained how to use the lift, which was easy to understand. They answered all my questions clearly.

Had what I needed when I needed it, helped load it and was on my way. When I needed to extend the time, they switched me to a cheaper weekly rate with no issues.

All Star Rents was great! My husband and I hosted an adult prom and they were super helpful with table cloths ideas and rental. The following weekend we hosted a graduation party in our back yard and had rented tables from another party rental company in Chico and they forgot to deliver a few tables. When we had figured that out it was already the weekend and that other rental company didn’t answer their phones. We were able to call All Star rents and pick up tables with in a few hours! They were amazing! They are friendly and easy to work with! We will definitely use them again for our next event!

Rented 8-8ft tables and 80 chairs for a surprise birthday party and I was able to make all the arrangements by phone and pay on line. I needed a Saturday delivery 20 miles from Chico and they were able to accommodate me. They came Monday to pick them up. I recommend All Star Rents and would use them again.

In the end I finished 95% of the task at hand, I explained my hurdles/challenges and Nancy didn’t charge the additional $ for returning the item 4 hrs past its due time. Great customer service and super friendly staff. I was able to get a rental order fulfilled quickly and when I went in to pick it up the staff were amazing. Nancy was the person that helped me with the 25ft red carpet that I ordered and she gave me all the details and made the whole process super easy.

If you need a rental, dont go anywhere else. I handle lighting all across the country and set up lifts with multiple companies. Nothing compares to the service and follow through that I received from All Star Rents. Dan was awesome and super helpful when setting up the lift with me for an emergency service. We got it all set up and the driver called and dropped off the keys with the store we were servicing - this was so unusual and amazing. Save me $250 to have my tech on site just to accept the lift in the afternoon for service the following day and we all know that any savings in Facilities Maintenance is huge! Thank you Dan and Nancy for locking this down and helping me out! I will be in touch next time we need to replace the 100W MH ballasts again!

A little pricey but service was decent. Called for a price the day before. I was quoted 500. They wanted to charge me $600 when I got there. Equipment was good. Other than price confusion they did great.

Only gave four stars because parking is not the best. Parking is very limited. If you are the first one in, no problem, but if you are the second or third car trying to park, theres no where to park other than disable parking spaces. Friendly service and lots of inventory for rents though.

All Star Rents had the tool I was looking for. The professional chainsaw was in like-new condition, and the rental price and terms were fair. The knowledgeable staff treated me with respect -- real friendly and helpful, especially in explaining how to use the tool, covering all the safety features as well. I noticed that other customers in the store seemed satisfied and well taken care of too. Seemed like the employees really wanted their customers to be satisfied -- a very positive vibe there. The expert staff put the saw in my car and took it out when I returned it and asked how my project turned out. They definitely went the extra mile -- greatly appreciated. I would definitely go back to All Star Rents when the need arises

Quality clean rental. Picked up snow cone machine and 10 table for kids birthday party. Worked great, reasonable price. Easy checkout and drop off.

We used this company for our wedding rentals. One of the items we went with was a margarita machine. On the eve before our wedding my husband and the groomsmen went to pick up the machine and the rest of our order. Nothing was ready they had to go search in several places to grab each of the items. They went over how to run the machine and signed a contract and went on their way. When we returned the margarita machine they said some drip tray was missing. Well this drip tray was never included. We are organized people and would have made sure it was all there. I recommended they should have a checklist that is gone over with the customer before they take the items because we are absolutely positive this drip tray was not included. Anyway the owner and I emailed a few times about it and I had never heard back. Well then 2 weeks later she charged my account 27$ for the drip tray but never called me or emailed me that this charge was going to be made to my card. I find that extremely rude to charge somebody 2 weeks later and not let them know...so I called the business and the owner was unavailable so I talked to the gentleman who emailed her to call me. Well it has been another week and she has yet to contact me which is another rude thing to add to this company and how they treat their customers. I just simply wanted a phone call. I have lost respect for them and will never do business here again.

Do not rent from them..... I booked my dance floor through the one in Chico over a month ago and I just got a call saying they over booked and that they wanted to leave me with plenty of time to find another..... I have 93 days till my wedding..... Im calling around and countless of places are booked.... They recommended two other places that are $200 more than what I was paying there...... So not only can I not afford the dance floor change in costs but I now have added stress which is terrible when trying to plan a wedding by yourself...

Nancy was great to work with! I needed a walk behind trencher to get my backyard landscape started and All Star Rents had exactly what I needed at a better price than the other rental companys in town. A nice man showed me how to use the trencher and helped me get it all hooked up to my truck. I will definitely us All Star Rents again in the future!

I am a 3 time repeat customer and each time the equipment operated flawlessly and the pricing was very reasonable. Why buy expensive equipment when you can rent quality equipment and let All Star maintain it. I will return for a forth time when I need to rent quality equipment again
