We went through Rush to fill a temporary position. They were very responsive and easy to talk to. They were able to answer all of my questions and we felt confident in their ability to find us a match. Within about a week we had the position filled and their placement did not disappoint. Our temporary employee is actually staying on longer than originally planned because she fits our team so well and was able to jump right in. Wonderful staffing company! I applied for a job, submitted my application, and 20minutes later, Terese called me to set up an interview. It was literally the next day 🤣. The company was also very flexible. I had plans to go in person to meet, but because of some last minute childcare problem, I had to ask for a zoom meeting instead. I called the office and Terese was super sweet to changing it to a zoom meeting interview for me. My zoom interview was with Houa Yang. Normally I would be freaking out or afraid to speak up, but Houa’s presence mad it a very friendly atmosphere. I was able to be very straightforward about what I was looking for in a job. I love that Houa was very understanding and she really listened to what I had to say. She always stops and ask if I have questions or anything that I needed to be clarify. When I did ask her questions, Houa is just very knowledgeable, it shows that she’s doing a very good job! I wished more of the staffing personnel were like Houa.

Excellent employment agency with an amazing staffer named Michelle!.

Every interaction I have had with rush has been nothing but positive and enjoyable. I came to rush with the need to find a new job, and fast! They had a position for me faster than I could blink that was right up my alley. Obviously when your a parent with a fast need for a paycheck you feel very vulnerable and concerned, but Rush helped me to feel at ease in a very hard hard time. Marisha and Sandy treated me as if I was family and it felt like I have known them for years. I had to bring my toddler with me Into the office a few times and each time I did, holy cow! They remembered her name, made her feel extra special, and even gave her some candy! (I’m talking the real deal full size candy bars!) When I needed to call in and ask questions, I always felt like I was a priority and my questions were answered quickly. I went into rush and was set up with a “temporary” job to which I’m very proud to say is now my full time position!!! Rush even sent me a card in the mail congratulating me on the hard work. I worked for Rush several years ago and wanted to share my experience. They hired me as I was transitioning back to California from out of state. I only ended up work there a few months, but the owners treated me like family and even bought a cake for me on my last day. I’ll never forget their thoughtfulness and respect. Talk about values and a positive ethic. There’s a reason they have been in business for so long!!

I dont have enough great things to say about RUSH. I got hired on from a temp position to a full time well paying job and loved everything about it. 5 years later as my family started to grow i called Michelle and let her know my situation and within a week she called with a job offer that came with a 5 dollar pay raise. She is easy to work with and her effort does not go un-noticed.

I’m gonna keep it simple, sandy is a great recruiter. She will get you a job, tell you everything you need to know, give you what you need, all while getting you a job in no time. Christian will blow you off. And Michelle is the the complete opposite of sandy, I’m done with this place. Do not attempt to come here unless you ask for sandy. Almost forgot this one detail, Michelle basically threatened to take my job away as well.

This place is great, but make sure that you don’t get Michelle, she isn’t a great recruiter at all. She seems uninterested in helping people, especially if you have kids. The look on her face the whole interview, was basically uninterested. So most of the reviews about her a true. Express does a much better job of trying to find you employment. Sandy is a MUCH better recruiter!

I was told by Michelle, that because of my injury/disability, I can not use their services. I can’t be hired. I would have to be clear before I can work for them. They stopped assisting me in finding work.

Excellent place to work for because they try and keep you employees at all times no matter what. And they offer weekly pay. So if you are needing cash ASAP this is a place to apply.

Do not like the front desk guy, was rude and had an attitude problem. Not helpful and not friendly. Just plain rude! Other than that everything is good. Nice agents and very helpful.

So, if youre a medical cannabis user and are honest and straight up about it, RUSH will refuse to connect you with any jobs, even those that do not drug test. But, if youre a meth or coke head, its no problem, it only stays in your system for a few days. Rush seems to only award the dishonest druggies and looks at medical cannabis users like we are some terrible criminals.

BY FAR THE WORST COMPANY IN THE WORLD!!!! MICHELLE IS THE MOST EVIL PERSON I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH AND THE SUPERVISOR WAS NOTHING BETTER. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY ON MY WORST ENEMY!

So they got me a interview with the place I want. After awhile they called me back saying I got the job. So I told her I would call her back in 20 minutes to get the info I was busy atm. I have been ignored or they refuse to place me on another assignment after I recovered from a work injury from one of their clients worksites. I have called over 30 times in the last month and am absolutely ignored. Im no longer going to call this agency period. The recruiting there is hideous and the recruiter are a joke. I am ashamed to have ever put my faith that they would give me another job but they did it to them selves. Dont waste ur time.
