Can’t say enough good things about this office. The Hygienist’s and Dr’s are wonderful, the office and rooms are spotless and clean as can be, and the front desk team is great. And now I hear our favorite front office member was promoted to office manager at the other location! Thank you guys!

It was just the best! Hailey is my hygienist and she is truly the most thoughtful and attentive person. She really takes the time to explain your treatments and discuss any concerns you are having. She is very gentle and just makes you feel so safe and well taken care of! And the girls at the front desk are always so sweet and welcoming too! I can honestly say I look forward to my next cleaning!!

I have had the worst experiences with other dentist offices and I can now honestly say Kremer Dental Care has made me feel like it shouldnt be a nerve wrecking ordeal. Well, I felt some pain with this appointment but it’s nothing that a little more novicane wouldn’t have handled. Next time I will be getting two shots instead of just one! But other then that my experience was good and the staff is very friendly and welcoming.😊

I love this dentist. After 15 years of avoiding the dentist, I came to them with immediate tooth pain. They fit me in immediately and took care of the problem. Not sure about all the negative reviews from years ago but this was the best dental experience Ive ever had. Nurse P and Dr. Jeong were attentive, extremely helpful, and caring. Had an emergency and they got me in last minute. Would recommend to anyone!

This was my first visit to Philadelphia Square as I have been going to the Glenbrooke office. This office is just as thorough and nice as the other one.

These guys are useless! Sorry to say that, they make an appt on Saturdays and cancel it saying someone didnt show up! It happened twice! It took 3 months wait every appt. They simply call and say our hygienist not able to make it, we would like to cancel the appt! I can understand once not twice, that is also after waiting 6 months for those appts. Very irresponsible people and service!

This company has you pay upfront then bills your insurance, but never gives you your money back. This way they make double the money on one job. I will give them 1 star instead of zero for the sheer audacity.

My husband just came home from being bullied into taking down a negative and truthful review on Facebook by KREMER DENTAL CARE in PHILADELPHIA SQUARE in CHICO, CA. BEWARE of becoming a patient there-they practice UNETHICAL business practices and will STEAL YOUR MONEY! My husband and I are patient and loyal people. We have attempted to privately settle the following matters with them over their mistakes and unethical choices multiple times via phone calls and in-person meetings. They have refused to settle with us and at our final meeting today, their version of handling matters in a professional way was to bully a patient into removing their honest experience in exchange for returning to us our OWED MONEY. We had multiple negative experiences, starting with the first appointment. I kept returning because I thought they were honest mistakes. But after reviewing our accounts in detail and speaking with pretty much everyone that works there, including the owner, it is clear every mistake was a conscious choice in their bookkeeping and a lack of ethics. After my very first appointment, I got a bill for x-rays. I had never received a bill for cleaning nor x-rays because my insurance covers it completely as it is routine care. I called Kremer Dental and they stated that they had done a different kind of x-ray and that that kind was only covered every 5 years, so I would have to pay the $78. I refused. I never asked for nor agreed to a special x-ray-I literally thought when it was being done it was the standard once a year kind. I am not a dentist. How would I know what type of x-ray they were doing on me? They finally said they would eat it because it was their mistake. Then Keegan had a crown done and they demanded payment while he was still sitting in the chair with a dental bib on-nice. They also overcharged him HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS for a warranty for the crown...havent heard of that before because most professional dentists stand by their work, but okay. He did not know this at the time, and was not shown an invoice. Regardless, you do not just add a warranty onto a bill without asking the person if they want it or not-otherwise you are quite literally SCAMMING. Next, they billed me for a general cleaning. When I called to inquire, they initially tried to collect payment. After refusing as they are supposed to be in-network and everything 100% covered, it was sorted. Through this I found out we had a credit sitting in our account for over $200-money that was supposed to be returned to us. For four months, no one notified us of this credit. The ironic part is that when I requested a quote from them for a retainer two weeks ago, they never mentioned anything about a credit. So...was it just going to sit there? Were they just going to pocket it? Again, this left a nasty taste in my mouth. After weeks and hours of wasted time going back and forth with them and attempting to settle things, I am done. My husband, my father-in-law, and myself are no longer patients there. They chose to lose three patients instead of doing the right thing. I rarely leave negative reviews-they are always positive and praising. You can check for yourself. But the town of Chico deserves better than this and needs to know so that they can be wary. I am livid and disgusted.

Kremer dental is an excellent dental practice; however, the bookkeeping is questionable. My husband and I went to Kremer as new patients with free exams & x-rays. Over $5,400 later, I realized we had been charged $456 for the free components. For 6 months, I have been trying to get an answer as to why we were charged this amount and to be refunded the money if an error had been made (as I believed). Admittedly I should have requested an itemized bill before paying all charges up front but i was overwhelmed by the costs. Unfortunately, I cannot go into the office to resolve this issue because the November 2018 Camp fire destroyed my home so the office is not close to where I now live. I have called repeatedly and sent a letter directly to Dr. Kremer in August 2019 with no answer from anyone. I am posting this so that others will be aware to check all charges before paying for services.

4/21 still sending me finance fees for something I dont owe them. AVOID THIS BUSINESS.2nd update 3/21: This has been going on for over 2 years now and they are now attempting to add late charges and finance fees. Still no explanation except that I owe them money. They dont know why. They cant prove why. My balance was 0 for over a year and then they started sending me bills. I havent been there in years. In reply to their last response, I left my account number on my review. It should be very easy to find my account. Here it is again. KE0048. Please fix this and leave me alone. I owe you nothing.Update: Since I posted this review they have now increased the amount I supposedly owe them and threatened to send me to collections. Still no proof for why I owe them, just told me to call my insurance company. My insurance company is not the one trying to charge me and they cant provide me any info to even be able to ask my insurance company a question about it.I received a bill one year after services were performed. My balance was paid at the time. I have statements showing a zero balance. I have brought the statements into the office in person and was told I owed nothing. I was told if I did owe anything it would not be that amount anyways. I am still receiving bills almost 2 years later that now include late fees. No one can explain why or prove that I owe anything. I have made several attempts to let you fix this. You have lost a customer. Ke0048

Dr Choti is really awesome. She is very meticulous and has a great personality that makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. I have had multiple root canals and by far the best experience was with her. She genuinely cares and it shows in her work. 11/10 would recommend highly to anyone.

I first went to Kramer Dental last year, it takes so much for me to go because I had such a fear. When I first went to Kremer Dental Care I saw Dr. Faircloth. She was so understanding of the fear I had and did everything possible to help me. It’s amazing what gentleness and kindness can do. I have been able to come back over and over again to get needed work done. Each time getting easier than the last. I am so happy with the entire staff. All staff are very kind, and helped along the way. I consider Kremer Dental Care my dentist office and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist. The comfort level and professionalism in this office are outstanding.

Worst ever. Dr Choti couldnt communicate with me, her assistant had to talk to me. She ruined my dentures, had infection in dental implants. I believe it caused the heart attack I had. They had me pay up front then scammed my insurance company. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. Even Dr Kramer turned me away to another surgeon to remove posts. At my expense.

Im a nervous patient and everyone at this office is so nice. I am very happy to have this as my dental home. The doctor told me, I will give you back yoursmile, I believe her and it means so much.

I just got done with my second major procedure at this business and I highly recommend it. They are helpful, knowledgeable and most importantly professional. They fixed what Western Dental did very poorly for me years ago. It is costly but definitely worth every penny.The whole establishment is very clean and organized, the rooms are always pristine, someone is always friendly and ready to greet you. The doctor is great at explaining the procedures, your options, addressing your concerns and costs, his work is always done flawlessly, etc.I am on the road to feeling confident about my teeth for the first time. The doctor and all the staff are the best I’ve met in a long while. Tell them I sent you!!

The treatment was good. I was a little taken aback when the Dr walked in since I was expecting Dr. Eltzroth. The new Dr. did not even introduce himself and I had no idea who he was or why he was the one doing my procedure. It would have been nice to have been informed ahead of time or if the Dr. himself (or both), said something. Other than that everything went well.

My visit today was most awesome. This is the only Dental office I have ever been to where I feel so relaxed. Feel so welcomed there ..lots of smiles..just cant say enough about Dr. Eltzroth and his staff.. I was very nervous/anxious as I had my very first impressions done.. Denise the assistant did a fabulous job.. so much fun too.. I am so blessed that I found my dentist. and cant forget Kari and Robin.. Thank you all!

They dont return voicemails. They also dont care if their patients are in pain. Called because something didnt feel right a few days after extraction and had so much pain and swelling. They finally call 5 hrs later saying they dont prescribe pain meds. I was more concerned because this isnt normal for me to have this experience after other extractions but they didnt seem concerned at all. Will not return to them. Better care at western dental and they are rated even less.

I have been going to Dr Tawatari for over 16 years and am happy he is now with Kremer Dental Care. I love the people who work there as they are very friendly, caring and make you feel welcomed the minute you walk in the door. My whole family goes to Kremer Dental and we are all very happy with our dental care.

I needed a new dentist, and so made an appointment here because its close to my work. It was just an initial appointment before they would make an appointment to clean my teeth. At first, I thought it was cool because of the technology they used to take pictures of my mouth and do the x-rays. However, as soon as the dentist (Supak Choti) comes in she starts telling me about Invisalign. I know my teeth arent straight, but she was really pressuring me about getting invisalign. Rather than talking to me about my teeth or gums, or flossing, or anything health related at all, she just kept talking about how invisalign works. I spoke up and told her Im not interested at the moment, I just want to get my teeth taken care of. After shes done, she even stops me in the hallway to tell me more about invisalign. I go to pay my bill and make my next appointment and the estimate for my next appointment included invisalign! I already said I dont want it, why would they include it on the estimate by default! The front desk girls were nice, but again kept talking about invisalign. I told them I was really feeling uncomfortable because of all the pressure. I made the appointment to get my teeth cleaned, but after going home and thinking about it, I called back and canceled. Not a place I ever want to go to! Absolutely worst experience ever!

The worst dental experience ever,my dentist was saying something in Chinese while I was in severe pain.When I asked her a question she would laugh like she couldnt speak English.she waited maybey 2 minutes for me to get numb and then started tearing my tooth out.She never told me how to take care of it and then tried to talk to me but her English was horrible,I should be able to understand my doctor....now I no why they took my 450.00 while I was in the chair.they are crooks,it was wierd I never had to pay a dentist while sitting with Bibb on,we had agreed on a price for there horrible treatment and I would have paid even with being treated harsh

I liked the ambiance, the staff, and the technology. The DDS didnt push any unnecessary procedures. I thought I paid too much but dental care isnt cheap either. PSDC provided excellent dental care.

It has been awhile since i went to the dentist, im happy i came here for my first dentist visits after so long. Very friendly and great staff. My experience here tops all my pass visits to anywhere else. I didnt feel like i was at the dentist, the hospitality was that great. Excellent patient service from the receptionist to the treatment. Dr. Eltzroth used a water laser to fill my cavity, the treatment was quick and painless. The best part was you didnt have to get numb or leave numb. You can tell Dr. Eltzroth is really good at what he does, he takes the time to make sure the patient is comfortable and happy with the results!

Dr. Eltzroth and his office are by far the best in Chico! The office is over the top; you know youre getting top notch care the moment you walk in the door! Dr. Tawatari is an awesome dentist who doesnt show off his ego, maintains an easy demeanor and is easy to understand. I started at Kremer on Glendale but due to insurance issues I had to look around. Dr. Tawatari had assisted at Kremers and I was pleasantly surprised to find him in his own office which works with my insurance! Very glad to be able to call on them for my dental needs.

Every time I call they tell me the office is closed! Their website lists the hours as Monday-Friday 07:30 AM - 05:00 PM with Friday and every other Thursday 7:00am - 3pm. but this is not the case. Last time I called on a Thursday before 3pm complaining about my teeth hurting and the person on the phone told me the office was closed, but she would leave a note and I was suppose to get a call back on Monday, I never did. Today I just called to see about making an appointment and again I was told the office was closed even though its a Monday! The person on the phone was very rude, she kept trying to end the call and repeatedly said were closed I went there originally because they are very close to me, I can walk there. I just got a crown done there not too long ago. How much it would cost and what needed to be done wasnt made clear to me. They said I had a crack in my tooth and that it needed a crown to prevent it from getting worse. I didnt know that it needed to be drilled out. In the end the crown didnt fit right it had to be filed down. The surface of it is real rough it made it uncomfortable to chew. I would take a bite and it would grind on my other tooth making for a very unpleasant sensation in my mouth making me shudder like nails on a chalk board, but in my mouth!

I have only been to the office for my first visit, but so far I am happy with the staff and the DDS. They gave me all my options and really made me feel in charge of my own care rather than making me feel as if I were at their mercy.

Only had my check ups so far, but they are absolutely wonderful. The staff is super nice, and the rooms are equipped with flat screen tvs for long procedures. I originally came to them after getting an estimate from another dentist saying my work was going to cost me almost 10k. This seemed insane to me, and Philadelphia dental brought it down to $1,500. This I can live with. Its nice to have an honest Dr / Dentist.

Very clean office and exam rooms. I had one of the most thorough cleanings today that Ive had in a while. Unlike most people Im pretty relaxed and enjoy gong to the dentist and my hygienist today, Jen I believe, didnt give me any reason to change those feelings.The doctor I saw during the previous visit was very nice and professional. He was thourough with explaining the exam findings and recomendations. He also listened to the concerns I had with past dental work and rechecked the work.And for those who it truely matters to, the chairs had a massage feature and there was tv to help pass the time.
