I was scammed. I was told they took Humana insurance and before we even filled out the patient information packet my son was RUSHED in to have a $205 X ray taken followed by a $170 oral evaluation visit and then told they didnt take my type of Humana insurance. I am so upset and have never felt so robbed!!! Shame on YOU taking hard working peoples money especially during this pandemic.

Took my daughter in to have all 4 wisdom teeth pulled. From time of check in to check out was great. Staff was so helpful and nice. Did have to use the after hours number and the lady was extremely sweet and helpful. Thank you Dr Barnes and staff

I got my wisdom teeth out by Dr. Barnes and he did an absolutely exceptional job! 10/10 recommend him to do dental surgeries! Very nice, funny, and caring man as well. Wonderful Office, Great staff and Dr. Barnes is Excellent. I have needed to see Dr. Barnes twice for substantial work and could not be more pleased with his superb skills, compassionate care and great personality. This is true for the entire Staff...I made a change with my general dentist to another and made sure they worked with Dr. Barnes due to the care provided me from his office at an earlier date. Dental surgery is never fun and can be nerve wracking. However, the office takes great effort and does so wonderfully in getting the patient through the process and aftercare as needed. I have had others (unfortunately) and Dr. Barnes sits at the Head of the Table. Simply stated, Dr. Barnes and Staff are Terrific and If you are in need, look no further.....I write very few reviews and do so only when my experience has been more than exceptional. This is exactly what Dr. Barnes and Staff provide. Exceptional. 10+ all day, everyday......!!!

Had three implants and a bone graft. The entire procedure took approx. 10 months and about 4 visits. The teeth in a day is a waist of time as it takes months for the grafts to take. If you pay cash you also get a great discount. I would highly recommend using this office

Had a tooth implant and I got an infection I didnt know about for 5 years. It deteriorated my bone.I had to go to another dentist and start over after my new dentist built synthetic bone.

Dr.Barnes and his staff did a great job with my wisdom teeth removal. I was very nervous since it was my first time going under anesthesia as well as worrying about how my blood glucose would be since Im a type 1 Diabetic. From the consultation to the teeth removal, it was a great experience all around. They were there to answer any questions that I had and made me feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend them for any dental needs!

I needed a surgery to remove a dead tooth and to get me ready for an implant. Barnes worked quickly with Nelsen Family dentistry to get it all done in time before I moved out of the area. If I was still living in Chico I would definitely still go here. The staff are all super friendly too.

This is the most comfortable dentist office Ive ever been in. The staff and the dentist all have a positive attitude. They made me feel extremely comfortable. The waiting room is relaxing with the waterfall on the side and the chairs are cozy. Everyone is obviously very well trained.

I had a scheduled appointment. My new benefit cards havent been mailed out.My Humana broker called the officer manager to clarify and the office manager gave him so much static with belittling and rude comments.She never once tried to help this situation. Meanwhile I have a tooth that needs pulling.Barnes is probably just fine but his office manager was simply terrible and dismissive.

Ive only had a tooth pulled from my mouth in my whole life. This was my first time and he got it done in like 15 seconds with No pain! This man is a professional. I was a little bit scared with it being my first time of course, but the staff there is wonderful caring people that told me nothing but the truth, and it went just like they said. Quick and as much painless as possible. Honestly I didnt feel a thing! I thank this group of people a thousand times!

I brought my 12 year old son in for a procedure that he was terrified of. Within 15 minutes, not only was it over, my son came out with a smile on his face! Dr. Barnes has an amazing bedside manner and is a professional through and through!

Despicable business!!! The lady who answered the phone treated me worse than dirt!!! She screamed at me belittled me, undermined me, and was the RUDEST human being on earth. Extremely disrespectful, she should be fired and never allowed to work with human beings for the rest of her life. She was extremely unhelpful, had a major attitude and made it seem like she was even doing me a favor of picking up the phone and made it seem like I was bothering her. She was rushing me, disrespecting me, and ultimately started cussing at me. I didnt even go into the office because if this is what type of people the Dr. hires and allows them to speak to patients spending THOUSANDS of dollars there I can imagine what type of person he is, employing this savage that speaks to people as if she is some self entitled royalty and we are nothing but disgusting dirty peasants. She is the most vulgar vile human being I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with in MY LIFE!! I should be able to press charges on her and have her committed or locked up in prison for her verbal abuse, and ultimately cussing at me by the end of the conversation. This unhappy unsatisfied poor excuse for a human being is a cancer to his practice. GO ELSE WHERE - Oral surgeons are a dime a dozen. DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS horrible horrible practice!! I think the employees name was Karen. Now with the internet Im sure you can google 900 different Oral surgeons around the area, and with more than 7 fake google reviews (probably done by this shady employee herself!)

Kind and organized staff!! Doctor was professional and efficient! Took my tooth out in 5 minutes!!
