Favorite barbershop around. Amazing work, not only with hair, but facial hair as well. Everyone there has experience and can do just about anything you could need. Cannot reccomend enough.

A modern twist on the classic barbershop. A nice change from the multitude of salons in chico. Get a good haircut for a reasonable price. Get a straight razor finish or even a shave! Yes barbers are trained and certified to use a straight razor, hair stylists are not. Give Chicos a try, you may not go back to your stylist.

Barber asked me if I was comfortable with or without a mask. Haircut was professionally done. 10/10.

These are the only people in chico I trust with my hair. They are always happy to explain what they are doing as theyre working, and they have a good sense of intuition for how it all should blend together. They also always have styling products for sale. Definitely my favorite barber in town.

I’ve been super impressed with this shop. The barbers are amazing. We’ve gone to three of them for my boys, even the owner who is very humble and does a phenomenal job. Just walk by the place if you want to see the styles they’re doing. You’ll book an appointment. And yes- it can be busy on the weekends... but that’s because they’re so good. 💯

So just for starters this is my second time in a barber shop. The first one was good but this one is amazing. Attention to detail and price don’t normally go hand and had, but this place does both. Cleanest haircut I have ever paid for! SAGE- she was my barber, the confidence behind a pair of clippers is of a race car diver behind a Italian super car. She is good. Good lines clean fade and a good eye for what I wanted. Will be going back for sure, she earned that tip and then some. Found my new favorite place to get trimmed up!!!!!

Chico’s Barbershop is the best barbershop in Chico hands down. I’ve been to a lot of shops in this town before finally discovering Chico’s and I’m super glad I did. James is awesome, but everyone there does a great job and are all super friendly.

This one star is for an specific new barber to this place, Jessica. My 3yr old son has been coming to this place for almost 2 years and has always got a 10 star rating on his hair cut. His Barber Johnny, which he just left this place would do an amazing job. Well, today we took him to get a hair cut and all the other barbers were busy so we had to sit him down with a new barber (Jessica ) . My son has been gettin hair cuts since he was 11 months old. He does not move a bit and sits through the whole hair cut. This girl totally screwed up his Fade. Blamed it on my son that “was moving”. Didn’t fix his hair but yet still charge $15.00. I didn’t call and asked for a refund. She could of said she was not comfortable doing kids hair. Waste of time. Had to go to another place to fix it. If Chris is not available to do is hair, I will not let anyone do it.

Javi is my nephews barber...and he always does an excellent job in his hair cut. The men in the shop are welcoming. If youve never been definitely a place to try to get a new style of hair cut.

Ive never been disappointed here, but Ive been impressed every time. I see David, and he does amazingly perfect work on my son and me.

Got a cut here ages ago they gelled me up before the cut and then after getting home to wash my hair I could see all the mistakes. Tried to go back the next day for touch up and they were closed for sunday never going to even chance another cut here after the first time going so poorly.

This place is lame. I’ve called multiple times and no one answers the phone during business hours. Or I stop by and they tell me to come back later. I’ve been turned away at least 5 times. dont waist your time.

Price is way to high. They charge you extra for part in your your hair without letting you know and make you wait hours for a cut. You can also get the same cut for a better price elsewhere. Service is terrible, the guys there are terrible at service wont cut your hair if they dont want to, and make you wait hours.
