They did an excellent job. Thought I was going to have to wait a long time but it was pretty fast. Was out of there in about 15 minutes. Very friendly and topped off my other fluids as needed.

I highly recommend this place for an oil change, getting tires checked, etc. It was a very easy and quick process. Bob helped me and he was very courteous and knowledgeable. I was only there maybe 20 minutes. Overall it was a good experience.

Ive used this location many times. They are fast, efficient, pleasant, and most of all not pushy. They get the job done quickly even if there are many vehicles there. Its kept me going back and will keep me going in the future.

I called and explained to the guy on the phone that I was gonna be driving from willows and I would be getting there at 5:05 for serviceon my serpentine belts. He said no problem. We will help you just bring it in. Once I got there an employee there said that he cant do anything with the amount of time they have before they close. I asked to speak to the manager and he told me the manager had left and he couldnt give me the number for corporate. I ended up going to the mangrove location and Pete helped me out with no problem.

My wife just got caught in a rainstorm I referred her to the nearest jiffy lube. They were busy but rushed out in the rain replaced her wiper blades in the parking lot and had her back on the road in under 10 minuets. Thank you Jiffy Lube!!! 10 stars.

When I went to get my oil change. I met Bryan the manager. I was met with a very rude attitude and unprofessionalism. I overall was displeased. The whole time I was there, a unbelievably long time, I saw tired frustrated employees under his management. I didn’t even see them take a break and I was there around lunch. Moral of the story I will not be coming back.

It was busy, and this is not my issue with them. Once they got to me, it was super quick. They gave me options as well.The issue was that there was nobody at the front desk to acknowledge anyones presence. Im not sure how long I waited. It was less than an hour, and when someone did come in, I was told it will be a few minutes. They were never rude, just busy. Just hoping they could keep better track of new customers or have a front desk person most of the time. Otherwise good service.

They neglected to tighten screws on metal plate covering the oil filter. This caused me to hire road service on the highway. Very dangerous could have caused a fire

They dont enforce the mask rule for thr customers so Im standing outside in the cold and rain because people arent masked in their waiting area. Most of the employees are coming into the building with it way below their nose. Not feeling too safe here. Very unfortunate with how many people they see.

Ive been getting my car serviced there since I first moved to the area. I usually get my oil changed there, but sometimes I get other services such as filters, wiper blades, or light bulbs.

Had brake fluid flushed, brake became spongy but was working fine beforehand. After flush, brake light came on and brakes would not work properly. Went to Boradori and they found out jiffy lube didnt bleed my brakes properly nor did they seal my system properly and there was a big air pocket.

A touch on the expensive side but there are almost always coupons out there. Quality and speed are good but it is annoying that they wont blow out the dirt from your air filters (because they want to sell you new ones). Other places will blow them out first then only offer to replace if it needs it. Other than that though they are great.

Always quick, thorough, and efficient. The service is terrific and they seem to do a nice job. I appreciate the vacuuming of my car when I come in for my scheduled oil change, and though I do think theyre a little pricey, its worth it to not do the oil myself. They have nice availability and Ive rarely had to wait longer than tolerable. Also, Ive never gotten my car back with anything misplaced or missing, which had happened other places; nor are they a hard sell about additional services. Overall I prefer them to my dealership for routine maintenance.

I took my little guy to VCA veterinary. Afterwards we stopped at Jiffy Lube for an oil change. They were pleasant, fast and efficient.

Staff isnt the friendliest. Its expensive for just an oil change. Might as well go to the dealer. Only difference is they are a little quicker.

Our family was in Chico for the Holidays and we needed our van serviced. I called the Jiffy Lube store on Notre Dame Blvd and was greeted on the phone by Allen. I could tell by his responses that this store had great customer service! After arriving at the store I again was greeted by Allen and in no time at all I was escorted to the waiting room. It didnt take them long to go over with me about my car. I can honestly say I didnt feel any pressure to buy anything that my car didnt need. Before I left, Brian the store Mgr. stepped in to make sure all my needs had been met. It take a lots of training and knowledge for everyone to work together as a team and this store has it. I wouldnt hesitate (if needed) to bring my vehicle back to this Jiffy Lube next time I visit Chico! Great Job!

These guys are very professional. They are straight forward and efficient at what they do. I came on a Monday afternoon about 3:30 thinking it might be too busy but I got straight in. This will be my spot in Chico for oil changes and anything else they can do. The only reason 4 stars instead of 5 is the waiting room was hot and muggy.

Lied to me about air filter... it needs replaced badly, they said they inspected it and its in good condition. Lied to me about my battery water level, said it was fine but its low and needs topped off. The worst thing though, they lied about filling my transmission fluid... the main reason I went to them... I took their word on this even though it didnt sound or drive as smooth as it usually does after being serviced, and I didnt check my level til a couple weeks later after I noticed oddly hard shifting... its bone dry. My tranny leaks, but not THAT fast. These guys showed no regard for the proper care of my vehicle. My car is old and needs TLC and now I may have further damaged an already old transmission. I wont even be returning for the free top offs... this is unforgivable, I feel robbed. Not to mention they over filled my oil.

Worked at Jiffy Lube for 6 years and gotta say we would not have let our service go this bad. Service was quick but windows looked bad still bugs and streaks from squeegee and they only vacuumed the front seat not the back. would not fly at my store especially for a basic oil change for over $40.00.

I go to this location about once a month. I have a fleet vehicle that needs to be serviced regularly. Ive been here at least 5 times this year. I pulled in today and said all I needed was an oil change. They changed my air filter and cabin filter without even showing me if they were dirty and then charged me $129.33. Never asked if I was ok with it. They said they already ran the card. I hope that extra 60 helps with the $1000s they will lose in lost business because I will not take my fleet vehicle or my 2 personal vehicles here again.

Had oil problems and they told me what was wrong so I could get it fixed at a mechanic. The service was fast and friendly for an oil change, and the guy at the counter was tops and on the ball!

My son and I have been taking my truck in for lube and oil at Walmart for years now but our last experience at Walmart was terrible. I pulled up to the Jiffy Lube on Notre Dame to give the a shot on Sunday, boy I tell you they exceed Walmart. My son and I were in and out within minutes. This is the spot to stop for you vehicles servicing. Kind staff and very efficient with the services the provide.

Went there this morning and got terrible service, both guys I talked to smelled like weed, didn’t check transmission fluid, brake fluid, washer fluid, power steering fluid, didn’t check tire pressure or air filter, I would call to complain but I’d probably just talk to least stoned person there.
