Rich and his guys do great work, and they stand by it. They are qualified, honest, & competitively priced. I have never been price gouged like many other shops ive been to. This is my go-to shop.You can tell a good business by how busy they are, and they are worth waiting a few weeks to have my car serviced.

I am actually shocked this place has any 5 star reviews. They are very dishonest and will down right lie to your face about what they did for your repairs. They will add hours and make up nonsense about why they had to add the hours. Unless youre very mechanically inclined and know exactly whats wrong with your vehicle, never go to In Stallers Garage because they will take advantage of you.

Had my 2001 Audi A4 in for a new timing belt as it had reached over 100,000 miles. Rich noticed the water pump had failed and only charged me for the part and not additional labor. He also cleaned out the vent in my 2002 Toyota Echo where a mouse had built a nest and clogged the air circulation. He and Don are very trustworthy mechanics.

Rich was amazing and was able to get our AC working quickly before our trip this week. In the past he has always been honest and reasonably priced. We would not think of going anywhere else.
