They sold me a leaky trailer tire. As soon I put it on my trailer I noticed it was leaking. I went back and they didn’t give my money back or replace the tire. They blamed it on me and said I had hit it on something. Apparently they don’t do warranty on trailer tires even though it was new. Anyway I took a loss going there. Plenty of other tire shops in town. Les swab is better

Had a flat. Asked for a patch. Went on a Tuesday @ 4 PM and they had me in and out very reasonably about 20 minutes wait with one person in front of me. $20 to patch a hole if youre wondering. I dont know why its so taboo to post up prices. Well, here you go.

These guys ROCK. I bought tires, wheels, shocks. Made in USA! I recently had the drive tire spinning. The terrain ate the tred. They gave me a tire to replace while they send it for warranty. Im getting my transmission n differential inspected by they. Great guys full of iknowledge. Go to them

Tires from Tire Rack were delivered here and subsequently installed. I had an appointment, tires were installed quickly. A friend of mine had the same service performed here a few days before I did. They charged him $80 and charged me $100 for the same service. Im not sure why. Inconsistent pricing can be a concern. If it was not for this anomaly I would have given the business five stars.

I have taken three cars to Bobs Tire Center and each time it has been a great experience! Staff is always friendly and so far I have had good luck not having to wait long. They helped to repair a tire with a nail in it on two separate occasions as a courtesy even though there is a fair amount of labor involved! Its nice having a business around that is easy to work with and is reliable. Getting tires from here again. Thank you guys!

I went into looking for rims I loved a design however the sales person truly explained the reasons why even though its the right size but not right fit to my car due to newer brands have different specifications. So He gave me few options that might interest me, no hassle no pressure no rush. I picked my design ordered it,shipping arrived next day n I drove in today n got my new rims! I was greeted right away. The service was excellent. I bought 2 new tires and I was in and out if there in a jiffy although they were pretty busy!

Ive been going to Bobs Tire for about 20 years. It has changed hands. The employees are still very nice, but my 45-minute new Tire and Alignment took 2 hours. They still have terrific deals on tires, but the wait seems to be much much longer than it used to be.

Wish I would have went here first for my alignment. They definitely did an alignment (unlike my previous alignment less than a week prior at another shop) and gave me a detailed paper showing exactly what was done. My car drives noticeably better and I thank them for that. Love that they said they will treat me like a customer and not just a girl because a lot of car shops try to get over on women. I came in randomly and instead of making me schedule an appointment and come back they made time for my car and worked on it quickly. Other car shops take notes because I definitely have no problem spending money at a shop that treats me with respect!

Came in for four new tires and a spare tire and an alignment they charge me less than most other places and did a really good job. They also drove my car after the alignment to make sure was it was fine. I am super satisfied! Highly recommended and the workers are so nice and helpful!

I have gained tremendous help from Luis and his team. My car got water damage and it would have cost an arm and leg if without Luis’ kindness and help !! Their service is Elite ! They helped me out repairing my tire even though it really needed replacement.. they unfortunately didnt have any used tires for my car and a new one was $120. The technician helping me was super nice and even jumped my car when it wouldnt start.

These guys have limited experience, have know it all syndrome. Took my car in and they misdiagnosed the car and after bringing it back he argued with me about what had actually happened. Thankfully I found a shop with honest men. Wouldnt send my enemy to this hole.

I would not go here. First thing they forgot they had my appointment even though it was on the schedule? Apparently he forgot. Asked for tires to be rotated and was charged but its laughably obvious how they were not even touched. Called in to see what they said and was put on hold and never answered again. What a joke. Save yourself the trouble and go to a better establishment.

Great service at a reasonable price. I got new tires and brakes, and they got the job done for almost half the price I was quoted at Les Schwab! I highly recommend checking them out!

Went in to get a four wheel alignment they were quick and drove my car made sure it was well aligned before handing it over to me.. charged me less than what other places were charging me.. was over all satisfied with my experience

Took my truck there for rotation and balance my tires beacause there was a little shake at 60mph I drop my truck off so it can get work on. Mr Luis said it be done with in a hour. I said great after a hour I didn’t hear from them. I called and called no answer. So I show up. And my truck wasn’t even touch yet. When I got there mr Luis was yelling at one of he’s employees. And cussing at them! I thought I can give them a 2ed chance but won’t be going back to them LES SCHWAB IT IS!!!

Im not a negative person but the mechanics there are a JOKE. Went in there for an alignment right, next thing you know I have to get my whole front end done haha. Nice try Bobs tires. Would I recommend it? Yeah if you wanna get scammed or as I see it $300 and over gets you what you want.

Had 2 used tires put on my truck. After driving on freeway, I had a serious vibration. Took the truck to Americas Tire and both of the tires that Bobs Tiresput on my truck were out of balance and by ALOT. Not only were they out of balance but they were both off at different numbers. Will never use these guys again.

Because of a squeaky brake pedal I took my car to the dealer. (My son said, Mom, the pedal just needs oiling, but I was too nervous.) After a $90 diagnostic charge they offered to wipe and dust a brake shoe for an additional $180. No thanks.At Bobs, Luis checked it out (no charge) and WD40d the pedal. Voila. I cancelled my trip to Costco for new tires and ordered the exact same ines through Bobs for less. They have me forever.

Fast service and good prices

Back few weeks ago i went got my tires and front end done did a great job and deal but now not they didnt even tight the bolt down after doing the front end... I just took to a place to get the ball joints fix and found out they didnt tight the bolts and nuts down that one was almost completely off an out i could of got into an accident or even got killed, or someone else even my family too. went back to inform them and they could care less since it been over a week since they work on it

I got ripped off for a upgrade on my brakes and when I went to replace the pads it was all original parts I went back and they said they erased everything from the system when the new owner bought the business right after I got the work done 2 years ago the guy at the desk Luis admitted to remembering the upgrade job as a 6.0 Chevy Silverado break upgrade totally screwed me over bad business
