My father was a resident at Compass Rose and I want to publicly thank the staff for caring for my dad with compassion and dignity during the last weeks of his life. I am especially grateful to Mel, a member of the Medical staff, and Pomali, the Facility Director, who both went above beyond to treat my Dad as if he was part of their own family.Your tireless work and unconditional kindness will be forever appreciated.
My mother was at Compass Rose, she absolutely loved it there ! She could not stop talking about the great food, and how friendly and helpful the staff was.....As her son I felt I had finally found a place to put my faith in, knowing my mom was in a place that truly cared for her. Pomali and her whole staff were just what we needed at a delicate time in our life, having your mother in a place that treated her well is priceless, I consider myself very lucky to have found this jewel...Allen Kreitzer
Great place for loved ones who need a little extra care, or loved ones who just cant manage alone anymore. Beautiful building. Great decor. Dining room is like a 5 star restaurant, with a choice of what to eat. Individual rooms look wonderful. Staff is pleasant.
We had a horrible experience dealing with The Inn at the Terraces, a place they call an assisted living but is far from it. We had to move my mom out of there after 10 days with no compensation for their misrepresentation of what services they would provide. This place is run by a large corporation that has no clue or interest in properly caring for the elderly.
I really enjoyed my experience when I had a tour, I would really like living there
We toured recently, don’t think we are ready yet. Were told the facility is 27 years old. It is looking a little dated. Going down the hall to do laundry won’t do.
