2 or 3 units got emptied in front of the unit that we needed to go in. Took us WAY to long to move other units before we could get into the 1 unit we needed to get to.

So nice and friendly people, they are so convenient, clean, and they have climate control storages, sometimes I wonder if they put the temp above 45/50 its comfortable but not as cozy as I would like it for my paintings, you still have to wear a jacket, I shouldve remembered what they said 🤷‍♀️🙆‍♀️my fault, but I loved that they have it

Kinda pointless to have to input a password to get out! To get in is ok. But to leave is stupid.

Always friendly, always helpful. Facilities are in excellent condition and very clean. Prices are very competitive and I appreciate a bargain. You can always get a person when you call, even if they’re closed. You can go online to view your account. The customer service though, that’s what has made me a return customer, they rock!

Clean, great lighting, safe and secure! I highly recommend! I have had at least 1 temperature controlled unit for over 6 consecutive years.

If you move out a week after paying you dont get your money back and they rent it out and make more money off a unit that is already payed for. I will not ever use them again because that is just not right. And I have storage units at a few places and they are better at handling quick move outs.

Quick, easy and not overly expensive

I Have used this facility to store my belongings for 2 years now and they are wonderful. They have on site cameras, security, the facility itself is kept very clean. When I need a storage facility, I always choose Storage R Us
