Great people and exceptional service!UHaul website glitched and did not register my reservation with their facility. I was supposed to pick up on Sunday morn, but they were normally closed and did not have my reserved truck and trailer as they had no reservation for me. The owner, Denise, and her husband, bent over backwards to help me and my GF to get a truck for our move back to Ca. They were actually able to get a trailer for us the next day, but we declined to to time constraints. They called the people that were returning the size truck we needed to verify it would be there and they came out on Sunday morning to write up the rental and make sure it was in good working condition for us. They were still available when the overflow hose for the gas tank came loose and fixed it before we got on the road for the long trip.This business epitomizes customer service! Thank you guys for making what could have been a real PITA into a very enjoyable experience.

Prompt and efficient service at this U-Haul location. I have not always had the same experience at other U-Haul dealers, but would recommend this one, which is located at the pit stop service station.

The dealer in chickasha was in the bathroom for 15 mins after I got there very rude and not helpful at all ended up going to uhaul in Norman on 24th ave she was the nicest lady and did every thing to help me Ill never use uhaul in chickasha again Ill will always use Norman store they gave 10 🌟 service

Renta de trailer going from Nevada to Oklahoma and had nothing but problems with the trailer of the entire trip and then had it rude young man tell me that I couldnt drop it where they told me to especially when I could drop it anywhere I pleased in Oklahoma and thats exactly what I was told and what was in my contract however the other man working out in the yard was very pleasant and made sure to tell me and come back and let him service my car
