Our Dollar General on Grand Ave. is horrible! Items thrown everywhere, not clean, not stocked. This place needs new management!I cant believe they allow this place to even remain open! What a disgrace! Dirty, trashy, nasty!

Didnt have a big bag of bird seed that I needed but found alot of other cute stuff I didnt know I needed. Love the garden selection of stuff there.

Is okay just another store,clean well keep only problem is sometimes it takes a cool 10-15 until their cashier actually pop up but overall I guess is fine

Good prices on some things

Store was cluttered. Lots of stuff in boxes on the aisle to be stocked.way to much clutter around the entrance and check out. Cashier was friendly. Manager seemed umm a little annoyed. Wasnt much help.

Ok place

Rude employees store very dirty and empty shelves, employees use handicap parking spaces for themselves. Im a disabled veteran I ask why they were parked in handicap spots they replied because I have a flat tire didnt care at all about the disabled people just wanted to be close to the door.

If you need something fast, Dollar General is close by and has a lot of things you need. Check it out and enjoy shopping.

Can not always find what we are looking for. The store use to always be stocked and now there is always boxes that need to be put on the shelves. Have asked a previous employee if they had something because I couldnt find it, their reply was if it isnt on the shelf then we do not have it. They also seem to have problems keeping employees! The customer service is poor!

Nice little store.

This visit I was surprised at all the selections I had because the shelves where fully stocked. Ive been going to this Dollar General for four years and would always have to make an extra trip to different store because they never had their shelves stocked. I can say the employees they have now are the best this store has had in four years. The store is generally cleaner with most every shelf stocked. Nicely stocked and organized. About time they got their business together saved me time and money because I didnt have to go to another location to finish my shopping.

Sale price on twelve pack of pop was 3 for 10 but charged 5.25 each

So I have to give a HUGE shout out to the younge lady who just checked me out. She asked if I found everything I needed. I told her unfortunately no I was out going to several shops looking for anything Clorox or alcohol to sanitize with. She apologized for them being out and I told her I understood it wasnt their fault. I then explained that I have an autoimmune disease and have to be able to sanitize. She said hold on a second, went into the back and rummaged around to find me their last bottle of Clorox wipes. I thanked her with tears in my eyes. This is exactly what the world needs more of people who go out of their way to help others. This will be the only dollar general I shop at now. Thank you soooo much and I wish I could remember your name even though you told it to me.

Love Dollar General no matter what area were working in.Cant beat the prices on most things so what I really concentrate on for the sake of reviews is the employees, over-all store appearance and availability of stock.Happy to report that Chickasha OK location has some of the most helpful and friendly Ive encountered in a Dollar General location.Although theyre frequently out of stock on some items...mostly dairy products... Every time Ive mentioned an out of stock item, an employee has been able to produce a list that already includes that product and lets me know when its scheduled to arrive.Kudos... That really goes a long way with me.

Store on Grand ave and the Kansas ave store need to be cleaned.. NASTY

Everytime i go in there it seems like everything is packed away in boxes in the Isles looks like a hoarders den

Unstocked shelves and store is just untidy and dirty! Employees are standing around pretending to do things when they are actually just visiting or moving things around. Try putting things away and off the floor! Wipe a shelf!

Much more organized than most dollar generals Ive shopped at, and the employees are polite. Good selection and convenient location.

Probably one of the best Dollar Generals that I have been in. They do sell out of items pretty fast, including foods, but they are organized and helpful if you cant find something.

Out of the 2 Dollar General stores in Chickasha, this 1 is the best hands down! There are ALOT more options to choose from, more clothes, more of a variety of pretty much everything really. Also this is the only 1 that has a $1 aisle! Before moving here i thought all Dollar Generals have a $1 aisle but i was wrong because the 1 on Kansas Avenue does not! And this 1 also stays open till 10:30, the 1 on Kansas Avenue closes at 8:30pm or 9:00 pm NO LATER

Im not the type to normally shop at places like this, but I must say, they had some things I would have never expected. I felt that the store was a little overcrowded, or cluttered, but it was clean and organized. I feel like I might be making more trips there in the future.

It was a mess! Supply carts in the aisles making it hard to get around. Card board boxes broken down and lying on the floor making it easy for customers to trip over. It will be a long time before I go into this Dollar General Store in Chickasha, Oklahoma. This was the one located directly in town on Kansas St.

Management constantly has an attitude unwilling to work with customers and sarcastic when asking questions! Store isnt very clean a lot of shelves are either overstocked or under stock and the bathroom was disgusting! I would rather drive to Texas for Dawn dish detergent rather than going there!

A good store to just run in an pick up things you may have forgot at the major stores. You can usually find what your looking for.

Depends on which one you go to...eastside dollar general on 3rd & Kansas always has boxes and items in the middle if the aisles hard to walk thru. The one on 6th & grand Ave is a pretty good store love the workers they are always very friendly and helpful.

This place has gotten better in a number of areas but tbh its still not saying much. On one hand they do have a lot of items deeply discounted here. You cant do all of your grocery shopping here (though Im sure some people try) but you can find things to stock your pantry with at pretty low prices. Just like Sav-a-Lot many of items you think youre getting cheap are actually more expensive than say at Walmart. My issue is with the store itself. For one this place seems perpetually understaffed. Ive never seen more than 2 employees at a time. Usually one running a register up front and someone stocking. Seems a problem as the aisles are constantly cramped with carts and boxes. The store in general always seems cluttered and messy. The cleanliness also leaves something to be desired. Its fine to get a few cheap items. Overall though its problematic. The staff seem overworked and the store is chaotic. I suspect management keeps it that way to make sure they get their payroll bonuses.

This DG has cleaned up their act a little bit in store organization of goods, but have come a long way in regards to the people they employ, now having friendly, positive attitudes. It has made this a much better shopping experience.Love the digital coupons available now and especially the $5 off $20 (or sometines $25) on Saturdays,Would be 5 stars if they could keep up with stocking shelves, and general overall orginazation as many items still lack pricing.
