Ive been using Thompson more or less exclusively for the past few years. As a solo practitioner I appreciate that I always deal with the same friendly people. I dont use a lot of bells and whistles so I appreciate the fact that they are competitively priced for basic assignments. All of the court reporters they have provided have been prompt, professional and technically competent.
