The vibe is always good and everyone are so kind. The experience is always positive, and both me and my teeth feel cared for. Absolutely recommend!

This dental practice is very misleading on pricing and necessity of services. They very clearly prioritize selling products/services over providing honest care. As someone who does not have employer dental insurance, I was gifted a 1 year membership which was supposed to be a $350 flat fee for two cleanings and exams. At my first visit, they told me that they wouldnt do a regular cleaning but that I needed to pay out of pocket for another service that was not a deep cleaning but in between a regular and deep cleaning. I consulted two other dental offices; both told me that the code and service Sweet Tooth was requiring is not a commonly used code and likely unnecessary based on the gum measurements provided. However; I decided to go ahead and pay for the service at Sweet Tooth because Dr Grason told me that if I paid out pocket for this service it would not count toward the membership and that I would still have the two remaining membership cleanings for future use. Since the membership was gifted to me, it made the most sense to just to pay for the additional cleaning and then have two future cleanings. At the end of this cleaning, they tricked me into buying $40 mouthwash. They said it was necessary and then after I was charged realized the mouthwash was $40! They also tried to sell me an electric toothbrush on every visit, too. Anyway, I returned in 4 mos (as they recommended instead of the usual 6 mos) for my first of two cleanings. After the cleaning they scheduled me for another cleaning 6 mos later. At the time of scheduling, they reconfirmed that I still had one more cleaning included on my membership. Fast forward 6 month later on the day of my scheduled cleaning they inform me that I would owe $350 for a new membership because I already had my two cleanings. Sweet Tooth now said that the first cleaning which I paid out of pocket for still counted as a membership cleaning, so I needed to renew the membership. Basically, they got paid for three cleanings/services but only provided two. Total scam. I gave two stars because the hygienist that did the cleanings was very gentle and generous with numbing gel. Ive never been given numbing gel for cleanings before, but liked that it was offered here.

Sweet Tooth will NOT offer upfront information nor will they provide you with reliable dental work. I would not recommend their services to anyone. From financial misinformation (every visit), mishandling of payments, overcharges, to actual physical mouth damage from their work, this place is a mess and does not know how to own up for any mistakes. The evidence is in their constant turnover of staff, our missing funds, and the fillings that have had to be redone in my mouth.

I have been a patient there for four years. I have had nothing less than stellar experiences since my first appointment. I was extremely nervous during COVID to go anywhere. I was extremely relieved, but not at all surprised that Dr. Grason and her team had all the precautions in place. I was having terrible TMJ pain along with severe migraines. One of my friends told me that she gets Botox at her dentists office and it has helped her immensely. At first I was skeptical, especially about getting Botox and I HATE needles!!!!! But doing nothing was not an option, so I made a consult appointment. All I kept saying to myself was......why did you wait that long!!!!Not only was Dr. Grayson so informative about my many options, I did not feel pressured into purchasing or into doing ANY procedure that I was not comfortable with. This was very different than some other dental offices I have been to. I ended up getting a specialized mouth guard for migraines along with treating my chewing muscles with Botox. This experience has changed my life.........literally. I am getting 1/3 of the headaches that I used to and when I do they are not as severe. I cant thank everyone at Sweet Tooth Dentistry enough and on top of it all, now I have a new dentist.Dont stay in pain, do something about it. I just wanted to share my experience because I wish I would have done this years ago.P.S.-the Botox was PAINLESS!!!!!!!

Do not go to this dentist. Sweet Tooth caused damage to my mouth and scammed me out of thousands of dollars. All the work that I had done at Sweet Tooth, I have to pay to have fixed or entirely redone elsewhere. I have recounted some of my experiences below that demonstrate their lack of trustworthiness, organization, professionalism and competency.I have had to pay excruciating detail to every charge and/or bill because of the frequency of errors. The most egregious occurrence was when they ran my card (and several others) for $500 over the stated amount with no warning or explanation. Sweet Tooth, to this day, refuses to provide me with a bill for this service, so had I not written down the amount the one time it was verbally given to me, I may not have caught the discrepancy. To avoid speculating, I will just state here that around this time it was disclosed to me that Dr. Grason used her practice for “Botox parties.” Some of the other major billing errors made a lot more sense once the business manager told me that they consumed alcohol while on the job.Sweet Tooth has kept me waiting for long periods of time in the office, at times over an hour at a scheduled appointment. They have completely wasted my time on multiple occasions, including Dr. Grason specially requesting that I come in to discuss something in person that had already been discussed over the phone just so she could charge me for “time spent in the chair” (Per Stefanie Walker).They have attempted, on two separate occasions, to get me me to sign acknowledgment forms stating that I received medical forms and reimbursement checks that they did not give me.A simple crown turned into a multiple appointment ordeal, first, due to a total lack of communication around time requirements and cost of the procedure, and then because they actually broke the first crown inside my mouth while attempting to apply it. I have since found out through my new dentist that they didn’t even do the crown correctly; it does not fit properly and I will need to pay to have it completely redone.I started my SureSmile aligners treatment with them, but after billing errors, immediate damage to gums around three of my teeth, and them losing 5 trays and trying to convince me to try to skip 5 trays ahead (which would cause major damage), I tried to transfer my case to another dentist. What should have taken a few days, took 5 months. They billed me for the time they intentionally wasted, weeks of which was spent avoiding my phone calls. I only received a response after showing up in person and leveraging a formal dispute of the charge. Once they started responding, they frequently tried to lie to me about all aspects of the transfer process, claiming information contradictory to information that their own SureSmile rep and other dentist offices were providing.At the time of the transfer, two retainers were missing as well as a financial reimbursement of some of the lab fee paid to SureSmile through Sweet Tooth.I initially wrote some of these issues off as flukes or human error, but after the frequency of the issues and lack of resolution from Sweet Tooth when I brought them to their attention, it is clear that these are in fact hallmarks of how Dr. Grason runs her practice. Most of the positive reviews are about how nice everyone there is, and I will concede that until i started seeking resolutions to these major problems, they were overly sweet. But I would prefer quality trustworthy service to a compliment on my outfit. Save yourself the agony of the wasted time and money and take your business elsewhere.

I’d like to show some appreciation for this office. It’s definitely packed with all the up to date top of the line equipment. But it’s the people that make this place special. My hygienist is Shelby and she’s one of the sweetest people you’ll ever meet. A true Professional is every sense of the word. Wow where do I even start!? If I could rate this dental office more than 5 stars I would! Completely knocked my appointment out of the ball park! Starting with Henry, beyonce helpful over the phone, clear and very patient with me and my thousands of insurance questions. The assistant Janet started of my visit with such gentle precison and patience taking my x-rays to asking my all the questions about my teeth that Ive never even thought of?! Dr. Poisson and shelby the awesome hygienist where super in depth, I was able to understand everything in regards of my oral health and giving me a game plan to my future treatments. I recently moved to Chicago and was in need of a new dentist. Sweet Tooth Dentistry was my first stop and will be my only dentist from here on out. By far the best experience Ive had at the dentist. Everyone there is doing an awesome job and is super informative about the entire process of the work being done. I had a cap installed and I didnt feel a thing and am extremely happy I had the work done with them. Definitely recommending them for friends and family.

Cant say enough good things about this office! I have severe dental anxiety and they put me at ease from the moment I walked in the door. Ended up only need a couple fillings and I clench my teeth. Dr.Grason recommended trying botox and I was terrified because Ive never done it before and was scared it would make me look frozen. I was so wrong and its changed my life! No more headaches or tightness in my jaw in the morning. Plus, the fillings I had done are seamless. I forget I even had them done. Highly recommend!

Ive been coming here for a few years now and Ill never go to another dentist. When I first came here I hadnt been in almost a decade so I was nervous what damage would be. Shelby never made me feel guilty or judged for it being so long. She was super informative and the most gentle hygienist Ive ever had. I also found out they do botox and filler here. Id always wanted to try it but didnt want the hassle of going to a plastic surgeon. Dr. Grason did full consult with me and really listened to my concerns. The results were so natural and its easy to schedule my cleaning and touch up my botox in the same day!

I went in to get a crown today and I couldn’t be happier! It looks amazing. Everyone at this office is awesome and you feel taken care of from the time you get there until you leave. I cannot say enough good things about this practice. Great care starts at the door and that was absolutely the case here. Nothing like getting a tooth ache mid pandemic, but Henry at the front desk made sure I was taken care of and that I was able to get it sorted right away. He was a life saver while not only listening to me and my concerns, but made it so comfortable and took the stress away.When coming into the office they took all the safety precautions needed to feel safe. Janice was so kind and made sure that the stressful situation, was not so intimidating. She kept things light and fun.Dr. Grason was honestly so kind, laid back, and funny. She came in and just talked, and took time to get to know me. She showed me my x-rays and explained everything, even gave me the worse case scenario up front, which I appreciated. Once she started working she still kept things easy and funny. She and Janice work well together and crack jokes and even included me in the conversation, which i super appreciated. Lack of Communication Effort & Language BarrierFirst of all, I want to start with how great this dentist is. I first found this dentist near our home back in 2017 and became our familys go to location. Its very clean, beautiful boutique setup with modern equipment. Dr. Margaux is very assertive and kind. Also the hygienists were very nice and gets job done very professionally. Overall, we were very happy with this dentist and frequently, I told people around me about how good this dentist is. Until now.Today, I want to share one incident that changed everything for us.Our twins remote kindergarten school year just began and we had to get kids dental exam form signed. So I made an appointment and filled out all the long forms including our insurance information before our visit.On the day of our visit, my wife presented our insurance card to the office manager and the person told us all the info is already in the system. So we proceeded without a doubt.A few weeks later, we got a call from this office saying our insurance does not cover the cost because it is out of network. The problem was that our insurance is Cigna HMO and they only cover PPO. I understand that and I should have double checked this. And I know the medical institution is not legally responsible for notifying the patient whether our insurance is in the network or not. But on their website, it had the Cigna logo on their Insurance page. It says We are proud to work with following insurance companies and the Cigna logo is there. It is vague, we didnt know HMO was not part of that.However, Ive never been to any other medical institutions in multiple states until now that did not ask us the insurance info and communicate about the coverage before the treatment. Not even the detail, just the fact that it is in-network or not. So we always thought when we present our insurance card, the hospital or doctors office checks it for us. Weve never thought the doctor will give us treatment without fully and mutually understanding the coverage.And also, I did provide insurance info in the online form but they had outdated insurance info from a couple of years ago so the system is not doing its job right. The office manager I spoke with mentioned that there was a language barrier with my wife. I was quite insulted by this.How is there a language barrier when a physical insurance card is presented in your face?What I was most disappointed about is that the lack of effort to check and clearly communicate about the coverage. You did not tell my wife that you are out of network. She understands enough English to get that.We ended up paying $400 after the discount applied which I appreciate. But I would like to share my experience to prevent any other prospective patients going through this mistake/miscommunication/bad experience.Thank you.

I cannot overstate how incredible the experience is at Sweet Tooth Dentistry. Every single person I have dealt with has gone above and beyond to make my appointments optimal. Dr. Grason and her staff have gone above and beyond, time and time again, to ensure that I have any of my dental issues remedied.I have had some bad experiences with dentistry in the past, but Sweet Tooth Dentistry is different. I actually don’t even live very close to the office, but I refuse to go anywhere else for my dental work because each experience has been so positive. I love Sweet Tooth Dentistry and would recommend them to anyone who is searching for a dentist.

Wonderful dentist office, always recommend anyone to go here! Recently had botox done for my TMJ issues, and Dr. Grason was amazing! She talked me through the process, and made it quick and painless. The Botox was the best decision I made, it helped relieve a lot of the TMJ pain I am having.

Im normally not one to write reviews, however this morning I woke up compelled to show my sincere admiration and appreciation to Sweet Tooth Dentistry. This was by far THE BEST DENTAL EXPERIENCE Ive had since moving to Chicago! I was referred here after a few suspect diagnosis from my current dentist and I wish I would have came here sooner. The staff was very friendly and comforting when I arrived. The hygienist was AMAZING! It was like she was using a feather. I didnt feel anything! And Dr. Grason was incredibly KNOWLEDGEABLE by determining the actual cause of my recession issues. But at the same time, she was very down to earth and didnt try to over-prescribe me anything I felt I didnt need, which was a problem with my previous dentist. Overall it was a FANTASTIC experience! If I could rate it more than 5 stars I would!

Dr. Margaux is very skilled & quick and made me feel very comfortable. The whole staff is quite pleasant, and the atmosphere is great. Definitely recommend. I skillfully avoided the dentist for over 10 years due to my amount of anxiety for everything teeth related, but I actually had a great experience here. Henry at reception was warm and welcoming (plus funny and delightful) and my Dental Hygienist, (Im pretty sure thats what she was. She cleaned my teeth and held my hand) Shelby talked me through everything and make me feel as comfortable as possible. If I had found them earlier I probably wouldnt have waited so long to go and would have avoided cavities and a root canal referral (whoooops). But thankfully I know about them now and I can get my teeth back on track. Plus, they let you watch Schitts Creek while youre there. Win win win.

I love this place! I was very nervous about going to the dentist as it had been years since I had gone. They were very welcoming and understanding and did not make me feel embarrassed that I hadnt gone to see a dentist in several years. They clearly explained what I needed and were extremely helpful in finding ways to deal with my anxiety. I had my procedures with laughing gas and was able to watch Netflix while they worked. They even gave me a blanket. I was hardly bothered by the drills and work done. I just went back and had a really easy, pleasant cleaning. I would recommend this dentist to anyone. The entire staff is excellent. I actually look forward to my next cleaning in 6 months!

I always have a great experience when coming here. Everyone is friendly and the space is beautiful. (And if you need work done the have headphones and tv that you can zone out to while they work.) Dr. Grason always addresses my concerns and is there to help. Very professional and highly recommend.

I had two cavities and was very nervous about getting anesthesia. Dr. Grason and her team put me at ease and offered me a variety of options to keep me relaxed. Everything went so smoothly and the work looks great! Thank you!

At first it seemed too good to be true! Beautiful office....I worked here one day as a temporary. I walked in to no front desk and worked non stop until 4pm when originally I was schedule 8-3.I waited weeks for my check after the dentist promised to pay me the next day. I eventually got my check that was incorrect. Someone who was not present on the day I worked said that she paid me for only 5 hours because I did not have patients so I wasn’t gonna get paid for those hours! WOW! Like really? She ended up hanging up on me because I objected to her making a decision to not pay me for working 7 hours nonstop when she was not even there. The dentist has refused to take my calls and I am still left u paid for my services.I have since contacted the department of labor. It may seem petty to u, but it’s about the principle. The unprofessionalism displayed by the dentist and her staff is unacceptable and worth me writing this. This woman should not be trusted!!

I’ve had crazy anxiety about the dentist for years but of course I had to get over that. I found Sweet Tooth Dentistry online and made an appointment. From the moment I got there I felt at ease. The receptionist Jessica is very helpful and nice. The dr. Margaux Grason was very attentive and I felt she understood my anxiety about the dentist. Would totally recommend this dentist to anybody.

Sweet Tooth delivers chic dentistry with down to earth service. From the moment you walk thru the door, you already know there is something special about this place. The lobby is laced with small details that are subtly obvious they put the customer first, IE: charging cords for your cellphone, complimentary iPad for entertainment, the wall decor, an electronic sign-in for your appointment.Service: Not only are they informative in their care, but both Jamie Ortega and Dr. Margaux use any and all visual aids available to make sure you understand what is happening in your mouth. You dont feel like a number running through their office.This place has taken the dreadfulness out of going to the dentist, and they always find a way to make sure I leave smiling and more confident in my smile than when I walked in. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

I came to this practice as a result of a Voucher I received via Facebook for a $21 cleaning and X-ray. I had recently lost my dental insurance. I was still a little skeptical of the deal when I walked in. No need to worry - it was terrific- excellent staff, beautiful office and a membership plan in the works for people like me. Ive never really had a bad experience at a dentist, but I cant say Ive ever really had a good time at one either. Except here. I actually had fun at Sweet Tooth! Everyone there was kind and fun and really know how to make you feel comfortable. Go to there. And you can trust me, Im a random person on the internet.Ps, they have blankets and Netflix if youre going to be there a while.

What a great dental experience! It was my first time at Sweet Tooth and it had been ~8 months since my last dentist closed up shop unexpectedly​. I wanted full xrays, a nightgaurd, a cleaning and an exam. I was there for almost two hours, but it didnt feel anywhere close to that. I met Jaime, Brittany and Dr. Gason and each of them were kind, social, and very informative. Super clean office and theyre using the latest technologies. I found my new dentist office and helps that its a five min. walk from my place. Highly recommended!
