Great offices! We have been renting for about 4 years now and have rented 2 different offices. The building is very quiet and all tenants are very respectful of each other. Everything is very clean and very well maintained. The management company has always been very responsive to address any concerns (rare) and are extremely easy to work with. Its truly a great value in a a great location for a small office space!

This is my second year renting at the 2656 W. Montrose Avenue building and it has been a pleasure to be a tenant there. These buildings have a personal touch that can only come from a family-owned business that is mindful of its legacy and provides excellent client service. The building is quiet, safe and well-maintained. The other tenants are respectful of one another and a small community has formed among us. I am very glad to have found the hipSuite site, my subsequent renting of space and look forward to more years of tenancy.

Since my business is a counseling business, one of the main reasons, I decided to rent here is because the environment is quiet which is needed when providing counseling services. Also, rent is affordable. It is a family owned business and the owners treat their tenants as family. The tenants are respectful and considerate to each other. The space is clean and well maintained. The owners have been flexible to meet everyones needs. The office is located next to the River and a park, so the scenery is beautiful.
