Use to come here, they did an ok job on drop off, but honestly increasing the price from $1 to 1.25 per pound and 1.75 if you want the same is to much, there are plenty of places that are affordable bye bye

Very clean, the lady working in there was very pleasant. She assisted my husband and I immediately as this was our first time. Our washer broke so we had to go to laundry mat. Would visit again, but plan to have my washer soon.

Super clean! Different sizes of washing machines. The price is good compare to other places. Dryers will dry my clothes usually with 1 or 2 quarters. They have a little corner for the kids. The usually have free coffee. Has a good size parking lot. Personal are really friendly. The dont change bills over 50.

First and last time i go here. I got there at 9:30pm looking around as it was my first time. The cleaning lady said hurry up and pick one we all have to be out by 12. Im not the person to talk back or argue about it. I simply wont spend my money here again. She couldve said Hello! and continued with her statement. She couldve used different words.3 stars because the man that was there with her was making sure everything was very clean and he was nice enough to say hello.

Be prepared to spend lots of money on old outdated washers and dryers that require lots of quarters. Good aspect of this place: it was clean and plenty of folding tables.

They dont have hot water. None of the machines use hot water and there is no hot water in the bathroom.

They have no A/C. And their fans aren’t working but they have ac in their little service area for the employees only. Needs to get fix now. Especially since we need to wear our masks and are very hot.

I liked this place to begin with because its a decent size and clean but today I had enough of having to fold clothes while standing at the dryer as Im taking the clothes out. I asked the attendant of the place (while she stood at a table talking to another customer that wasnt even folding yet) that I needed a table. Everyone had taken the tables and werent even washing yet. The same thing happens with the carts when I walk in people take 2 or 3 at a time and theyre not even using them. Instead of offering the ladies table she was talking to she sends me off to another lady instead. She says they can only find us a dryer not tables. Which isnt true because thats happened to me too and they always say theres nothing they can do about it. I shouldve taken pictures at the time but I was too busy trying to fold my clothes. This place is no good! Not even a busy time! Its 830am on a Saturday. They shouldnt allow this but yet they do. Ill take my business back to the 24hr one on Austin.

I went to do laundry here and the machine took my 20$ and didnt dispense any change back. I mentioned it to the lady that works there told me that she couldnt give me my money that I had to go back later in the week. She refused to check the camera and to call the owner.

They did a nice job on the laundry I dropped off there. I recommend.

First and last time coming to this laundromat. When you look them up on google it says they close at 12AM. I got there at 10:30 and I’m putting my clothes in the washer and one lady comes and asks if I just came in, I said yes. Then she goes away and a couple minutes after, another lady comes near me and asks me the same thing, I asked her why? She started saying they’re closed already that if I’m going to hurry up because they don’t pay them After 12? At that point I felt bothered by the way they kept coming at me, made me feel very uncomfortable. 11:45 comes and they turned off all the lights on me. I understand they close at 12, I got it but that was extremely rude and unprofessional! The fact that their boss doesn’t pay them after a certain hour isn’t my problem, their boss should know that people are not always going to be out exactly at 12! Situation is messed up on both the workers and the owners/boss. Never again. To top it off my clothes didn’t even dry all the way, for a 24 min dry? NOT WORTH IT.

It gets the job done. Not that bad. Even though last time to start wash is 1030pm, it seems like employee start pushing you out by 9pm. Id recommend starting last wash by 8pm. However, best times to wash, in my opinion, its at 5 or 6am.

Loved the sizes the washing machines were.. Affordable not small... And the dryers were pretty quick to dry...

Staff are friendly and helpful. Pleasant atmosphere with vending machines for snacks and beverages. Neat and tidy place.

They have a decent amount of machines, staff is always keeping the place clean, it gets busy at times but a clean place in general

I love coming here day or night. Sometimes I dont because people take up too many tables when they have like 5-6 loads like really? and I get upset. Theres this one lady whose snobby and whenever I ask for change shell say she doesnt have any. Like bro,seriously!? but theres another lady whose super nice and always has a smile when I walk in or ask for help.

This place is ok is better and cheaper than other places but the people could behave better. At times people could be so rude . They get there and grab all the folding tables even tough they just got there and other people who are ready to fold have no where to fold.

This place is not too good. First, the washers do not get clothes soapy, meaning youll have to add a lot of soap to actually get them clean. The dryers lint traps are not cleaned very often, forcing you to use up more quarters. Total scam. The other reviews are accurate, the employees are rude, especially if youre not Hispanic. They push you out around 10, closing off areas and mopping. Wouldnt recommend

The two lady who work here usually keep track of who goes into the bathroom so nobody wwowo go in when is used hut this time the employees were dozing off and let a customer walk in on me when I was didoi my business and And it happened for a second time when another customer went it .

They have good people working over there they always help people when they need help even if they are busy clean the wash machine when someone need help they stop were they are doing and they go help the person first and when they are fisish help they person they go back and fisish were they were doing they are great work good job boss you have some good work

Went in to wash blankets for a family of 8The machines take dollar coins and quarters every time I went to add dollar coin it will only remove one quarter be very careful, about to waste a lot if you don’t pay attention.😭😩

Some are rude cause they said to never come back anymore just because we left or clothes in the machine too long but it was just like 45 min. And the machine takes like 25 min to wash. And also they start kicking out around 10 and they close at 12. I wouldnt recommend you too go.

I totally like this place. But i do agree with everyone else who has written a review about this place. Been going to this place since like 2004 and it hasnt changed a bit. The staffs are rude and snobby unless ur hispanic, then thats a different story. Anyway. Theres one staff there thats nice and shes the only one who likes to help out other races. The snobby one is mean she has dark black hair and she hates helping people(only her own race shes kind and friendly to). Idk why the owners hasnt fired her yet. Anyway. People here takes all dryers and puts in one to 5 pcs of clothing to save a dryer for them or to finish faster. Its annoying and takes all the tables too. Its really rude and inconsiderate of them. I wonder if the owners know what goes on at this place.... they need to hire new workers. Because the staff there pretends to not speak English at all. Which is funny, because I understand spanish fluently. Im trilingual.

It wasnt packed, machines were a good price and it was very clean. Ill be back....🙂

Very rude and poor customer service, a lot of the washing machines are out of order and some of the dryers dont dry properly. I wouldnt mind it so much if the lady wasnt so rude. She wasnt helpful at all.
