I have been coming to this place every Saturday or Sunday morning for over a year now and I am very very impressed. This is an older facility however it is ALWAYS KEPT UP NICE!!! I have never had an issue with any of the attendants and they have all been very helpful if I needed them. For anyone that is giving this place a low rating because of the facilities is crazy. This is one of the cleanest laundromats that I’ve been in and seems to be in a safe area. I’m very very satisfied with the customer service and have not had an issue with my clothes being cleaned and dried to satisfaction!!!

I gave the Suds one star ! Machines are always out of order . The dryers dont dry your clothes because the workers do not remove the lint trays. Always check a dryer before using their dryers I know people complained about clothes having burnt stains on them .

Too hot in there need air conditioners...otherwise it was great. the attendant is awesome 👌

This is a GREAT laundromat. Whether doing your own laundry, or using their drop-off service, I really recommend this place. The drop-off is affordable, efficient, and the staff is terrific. They are open quite late (last wash at 9pm, but staffed until 10pm), which I appreciate. There is always ample parking because its south of 35th street, unless theres a Sox game which does tighten up parking a bit.Ive been to all the Bridgeport laundromats on and west of Halsted, and this is my fav.

Great neighborhood laundromat. The staff is always around and helpful whenever you need them. There are always ample washers and dryers available. No complaints!

Half the managers are rude and 1/3 of the dryers don’t work. Final straw this evening as I mentioned to “Claudia” 1/10 dryers I was using was not working. The exchange quickly spiraled into yelling and use of profanity (all by the manager!). Long time customer but I’m over trying to support this small business.

Used over 2.00 in dryers when I told the girl my stuff isn’t drying this the 5th quarter she said I probably have to much inside. Aweful will not be coming back here at all.

They all sizes of washers there. The dryers are very hot . 1 quarter for 12 minutes, depending on the size of your will dry in short time

SOME people who work there are really rude and all in your business. But most times its not too crowded and you get nice people.

I see a poor review of this place from a Bob Fitz, which runs counter to the rest of the reviews. Given that he claims parking sucks, I suspect hes reviewed the wrong place. This is in the 3500 block of SOUTH Halsted, where there is never, ever a problem parking. I rate the place 4 stars, but giving 5 to try to balance out Bobs error.

Dirty ish for a place where you clean things, but super friendly staff. Annoying guests, but the business cant control that.

A guessing game as to what works and what doesnt. First of all, its s Halsted, not n halsted. Only come here because they closed another laundromat closer to home. The newer, more expensive machines work the best. Its a crapshoot as to how well the older machines work. For example, I used 2 older machines side-by-side. 1 finishes my clothes in about 30 minutes, the other one took almost an hour. When I complained to the attendant, she just said thats how that machine works. Today, I lost 50 cents in a dryer that didnt even come close to drying my clothes. I had to switch to another one and start over. No use complaining to the zombie attendant on duty...

Need to do deep cleaning and update facility. The staff is great!

The place was clean and the machines were on good condition. I was able to wash and dry 2 loads of clothes in about an hour for under 7 dollars

Everyone is completely rude and will change your settings on the machines to hurry you out of there.. At nights they will lock people out long before closing time. They say they close at 10 but will lock people out as early as 8:30 (staff will say last wash is at 9) . Most of the machines will eat your money and everyone there will refuse to help you. And lastly the parking sucks.

They milk you on the dryers and the larger washers are always being used by staff, doing peoples wash. I go to the laundrymat on 31st and wallace, huge machines and plenty of hot dryers. I just use 2 quaters and my clothes are dry. Not a rip off like the suds factory.

Scam you for money on the dryers. Every time I use them, I let it run 4 times and still have wet clothes, regardless of how much or how little clothes I put it.
