Dryers were nice even thou not free, weird smell, had kids running all over, only a quarter of the washers worked, and most vending machines were broken. It did have a nice area to fild clothes. It worked in a pinch w no car but i would rather go to another mat on wilson when i have my car

Been going here for years. To do laundry and drop off. Good price for drop off/pick up. But for me, picking up clean, folded laundry is nearly priceless. Customer service is always good. Generally clean.

A lot of the washers and dryers arent working, but I feel comfortable coming here from time to time.

Both change machines out of order someone said the desk attendant will give change so I asked she said sorry no change left then the man behind me asked her in Spanish for $5 in change and without hesitation she gave him quarters.

I love this place, since I vowed to never use the horrible machines in my apt building I found this place a block from my house . they have working machines, big and small. Very large space on top of that they have a few slot machines inside and I won $150 dollars while doing my clothes. So the laundry ended up costing me nothing.

Horrible place. They are closing early at 8pm, and at 7:40 I am being questioned about leaving asking to come back tomorrow to pick up my clothes. ABSOLUTELY NOT! I will stay until 8pm and leave with my clothes in hand. They washers say that it will take 25 mins, when in reality it takes about 40. Very poor quality machines. The dryers smell like gasoline. This place is very outdated and customer service is horrible. Spend your money elsewhere!

Its clean and has different size washers. Employee/owner at facility. Coin machine that takes $1,5,10, and 20 bills plus ATM machine too.

Most of the machines are out of order as well as the toilet.Its a good thing I am a man.....

This happens to be the Closest to where I live with that being said thats the only reason why I come. The washers are over priced and they change it almost every few months. Theres more washers than dryers so youll find yourself waiting to dry your clothes. People here will seriously take up 13 dryers they dont enforce a two or three dryer rule so you can seriously put one item in each dryer and nothing will be said. And to top it off the people that work here take as much dryers up as well. It sucks because no matter how much you complain nothing will change and since this is the closest laundromat to me Im kinda stuck going here.

I use their drop off service and they do a great job every time. Same day service available if you drop off early enough too. Always friendly and accommodating, would recommend.

Regular wash for a normal hamper full of laundry is about $4. Drying services are $0.25 for 9 minutes of the highest temperature setting. My total was about $5.50 to wash and dry my normal weekly load. There are plenty of TVs, an ATM, coin machine, lost and found, refreshments, plant decor, and work stations. Unfortunately there are also many machines that are out-of-order.

I dont know how this place is one of the top rated laundromat. Half of the washers and dryers are out of order. Dryers dont dry! Put a dollar and only give you 37 minutes in drying time! But it IS clean!

I gave 2 stars because mostly all of the washers and dryers are BROKEN...I just dont understand this.

Its clean, staff is friendly, and relatively inexpensive. My only complaint is that there are more than a few marked out of order, but they are usually being used for the drop off service. I also tried calling the number to find operating hours (7am-10pm, last wash at 8:30pm), but the phone doesnt even ring before the call ends.

I use this location because my building has only 2 washers and dryers, and the washers dont quite work right.The one issue I have with this site is that half of the machines are often out of order.

I live in the neighborhood....its the only laundromat within walking distance. Rainbow has over 40 washers but...the downfall was 19 were out of order. The worst! Let alone a few dryer were out as well. Get it together please!

Every dryer is either out of order or full of dry clothes the worker wont empty. How horrible to do 3 loads of wash and 1 dryer.

The days of every machine working perfectly in most laundromats is over. So a lot of these reviews are pretty naggy and bitter. Here is my perspective. Inuse to live in Uptown in a high rise and although my building had machines they never cleaned then and they were filled with human hair and cat hair and sour smells. So I walked down the street to Royal Coin laundry. 1/2 machines didnt work. There were always kids running around and playing, people selling stolen goods large groups of woman coming in and doing batch of laundry and hogging all the machines.That has NEVER been my experience. The place is always clean, the prices are reasonable my clothing is always clean and dry quickly. The owner an Asian gentleman often walks over and opens the door for me when I roll my cart the two and one half blocks to the laundrymat. It has always been open. Unlike Royal Coin which was closed for three months by the city. They have free wifi and an on site attendance who can make change and sell you cleaning supples. What else do you want; free folding service and coffee? This place is a great and anyone who doesnt think so is going at peak times ir just being snippy.

Nice and simple, when I went there it was very clean and it also dry the cloths very well.

It has many problems always has washers and dryers conpuestas, and with dry jobs is the only one. Kk gives serca for that boy but yano would go ai,
