Lots of the dryers were broken unfortunately, which is where they lost the star, but besides that, it was well kept, chill, and an overall fine place to do laundry

Nice neat small place I like it

Found this place when new neighbors moved in and took over my entire apartment buildings laundry room. Could not be more thrilled with the discovery! Great prices excellent service!

This laundromat has large and small machine and the attendent was friendly. But I would suggest adding more time on the coin operated dryers.

Good place, been going there for years, but they need to add a few more of their super wash machines; they only have 4, and there’s this family who takes up 3 of them sometimes while the 4th is in use, and I’ve had to wait 45 minutes to use one of those. Aside for that, the parking lot idle tight, but there’s also parking on the street. It’s also next to a large park, so during nice weather I take walks or a quick run while washing.

Nice clean place for the family to go and do our laundry. They have even brought out a cart when they see us parking . with my elderly parents.

Great staff, & respectful customers; they need to replace the old vending machines & games that dont work.

Not open 24 hours anymore. Bathroom for patrons says it is out of order. (You can get a key from the attendant.) No paper towels if you need to wash your hands. No card system for ATM/ debit /credit card payment. One machine for getting quarters is out of order. There are many washing machines, all good side loaders, and more driers than I have seen at any other laundromat. There are 60 driers for patrons, only 1 is not working. The 80 lb machines are $8.25 but the 20 lb machines are $3 each. Driers are $0.25 to run per 15 minutes.

Best laundromat in the neighborhood. The ladies that work there are friendly and always cleaning so the place is spotless. Lots of washers and dryers. Air conditioning always works. Parking in front. No complaints. They do drop off service to but I always just do my own, especially since its a pleasant place to be. They even have wifi if you ask the employee for the password.

Ill not come again and will tell to my friends about my experience at that place!!!one guy at morning when I tried put to drying machine my staff said its price for costumers who using wash/dry machines only, so I said Ill pay same amount for dry to fair, but he said wash price 3$, a gave 5 (2tips)at the end after one hour my some clothes at floor, machine door is open and e everything still wet!THANK YOU VERY MUCH SMART OWNER!

Early morning hours on the weekend are great. Awesome machines and good prices compared to other spots in the area. Friendly staff, and clean. Will make this my new go to

The best service I’ve ever received at a laundromat. I chose to have them wash and fold for my laundry ($.85 per pound), and it was complete within a few hours. Everything was sorted and perfectly folded - E V E R Y T H I N G. Worth every penny, and I can’t thank the two women enough that helped me. Angels!

Clean, free wifi, decently priced washers/dryers, and it has a Tekken machine inside.Theres a taco place next door which is just ok but kills time while youre waiting for your clothes to dry.I no longer work in the area but when I did, this was my exclusive laundromat.

Whoever was on duty December 28th at 8:50am (take a note if this matters to you, employers) was a complete dick. As usual their change machine was being fickle about accepting dollar bills for change so I asked him if I could just get change through him instead, like I usually do when Im here. He simply shook his head and glued his eyes back to the TV. Real nice service. Laundromat on Kedzie and Byron is now my place.

Super clean. The small washers are $2.75 a load and the bigger washers $5 a load. The dryers are only $0.25 and they are big.

You have to pay for drying at this one.

Not too crowded, employees are eager to help you with questions, etc. Clean bathroom.

Came here to do my mother’s laundry and the man that was working was so horrible. He has no customer service skills at all. Do not come here. He works nights on Sundays 05/12/2019. Bathrooms out of service. Just horrible.

Been taking my laundry there for about 6 months now (the place closer to me ended up closing down for whatever reason). Glad i made the change. People are nice and professional

Clean, not crowed, reasonably priced, but you do have to pay for dryer, it worth it.

Negative experience. NO hot water on the big machines. Disappointed.

Doors were locked at 845pm.Its not about the 9pm last wash.This grade is for the risk to human life.It just seems dsngerous.is it a fire hazard?

Saturday afternoon- clothes get stuck in washer. Am told clothes will be stuck until Monday. What about my clothes getting moldy?!

For the third consecutive week our drop off laundry has come back short. The first week it was only about a pound and a half. Last week it was three pounds. This week? Five pounds light. Her only response today? I no steal you clothes. I suggested maybe adjusting the price. That was a mistake! Got home to find a bunch of my daughters clothes missing. I will NOT be going back. Ever. I wouldnt recommend this place if it was the only option. Thieves.
