Am reporting them right now to the Better Business Bureau. Stole my money to have 6 laser sessions and then dissapeared with my money.FBI should check on this as well....

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS PRACTICES. When businesses reopened after Covid, a very sketchy communication was sent to customers cancelling appointments and not being transparent about the reasons why. Now, Laser Luxe suddenly ceases to exist as a business. The website and social media have disappeared, and no one is answering the phone at Glamd. Brittani is an owner of Laser Luxe, but no one can track her down and she isnt responding to requests for refunds. I have prepaid hundreds of dollars for packages, and she has not refunded money for services that have not been provided. Terrible, dishonest customer service. Do not trust Brittani Sylvester and stay away from her businesses.

This place was good at first, until I realized (Somewhere else) that they used a lower setting to obtain more sessions. My results are now taking twice as long unfortunately.

Staff is really nice, but unfortunately NO results after laser removal:(( waste of money and time

I came looking for hair lazering.Not only their price was good. But I wasn’t expecting them to lazer my neck hair that well! It takes few sessions, but it’s definitely worth the time and money. I tried other lazering places, however not only the price was more but i had hair growing few months after it. After trying out lux lazer, im definitely satisfied and would recommend this place to whoever wants to get a professional hair lazering done.
