I had a move out cleaning needed. Maria was very thorough and a lovely person to boot! She showed up, did a great job and practised suitable safety measures. I would use this service again.

Chuanise and her cleaning partner ( can’t remember her name) did a fantastic job. I am very particular and they attended to every detail. When my daughter and husband returned home from a trip they were blown away by how great the apartment looked. I’d asked for vaccinated cleaners and they said not all of them are vaccinated but that they would schedule 2 who were. Not very Zen to send unvaccinated people into peoples’ homes. I would be cautious about that.

The crew showed up on time and did a comprehensive top to bottom cleaning of our three-story row house, which included sweeping the garage and patio. We were amazed at their efficiency.

I set up cleanings every other week. The first time the cleaners did a mediocre job and the second time they didnt show up at all. The company had an apology but no explanation and no effort to make it right.

Will not be using this service again. I had asked for 8 am on Sunday and 10 -20 minutes before the service they texted me telling me they were running 2.5 hours late when I had specific instructions that I had to leave at 11 am. I had made this booking a week prior. Then we rescheduled to Wednesday but still almost 2 hours late. If you have a large 6 hour time window this might work for you but if you’re on a tight schedule this won’t work for you.Also I booked a deep cleaning over the phone which I thought included baseboards and vacuumed curtains but apparently those are extras - it was more of a regular cleaning. The team did a great job cleaning though. I will not be using Cleanzen again. They offered for the team to come back but I have family visiting for a couple weeks and it seems like a waste of time and scheduling to have them back for 2 parts of what I thought was included in the deep cleaning.

I had a deep clean plus oven cleaning. The ladies were on time however it was more of a light than deep clean. They were out of the 1600 SQ ft 3 bed 2 bath house in a little over 2 hours (2 ladies came) the baseboards still had a layer of dust, door mat not moved so build of dirt on the tile near the door, light fixtures, fans etc still dusty, sofas covered in hair, etc. They did not bring a vacuum (they used ours after my husband asked them about it twice) and the oven, though worked on, was still quite dirty. It was what I would have expected for a basic cleaning but NOT a deep clean. The company offered to send staff back but, to be honest, I couldnt be bothered and just took care of the short falls myself. The only positive was they got hard water stains off the shower doors nicely. Needless to say, I will not be using the service again.
