One of their drivers, cab #2785, cut me off, almost forcing me into another car. When I pulled up next to him, he was flippin the double birds, gladly, as I took a pic. Called the company and they bounced me to 3 different people. Last person finally sent me to a 4th, which was a cell phone, who didnt answer....and had a full mailbox. They apparently dont care about employing dangerous drivers.

I met the owner a little while back or at least he said he was the owner. He was so rude and unprofessional. I dont know how he can run a business or have anyone working for him.

Dangerous drivers. Whether Im walking, driving or using a people carrying service it never ceases to amaze me how many people your company almost kills. I dont think any of your drivers are legally licensed. If they are they would know what the rules of the road are. The amount of times I personal property or my life have been in danger because of your company is inexcusable. I hope you go out of business and if you reading this review and youre considering using this company. I am a CDL Class A driver which means I drive the biggest heaviest machinery that you possibly can on the road. I know my stuff about vehicles. These people are pathetic I need to retrain their drivers or go out of business.
The usual city service and assertive driving to get me from where I loaded in, to my destination at first seemed routine. As I took out and put my wallet away for payment, the cell phone that had been in a sheath on my belt, came off, and I left the cab, and my phone behind, having gotten a receipt from the courteous driver.I hadnt noticed the cell phone was missing for 15 minutes. Like so many, the phone is so integral to life today. I was able to borrow another phone, track the driver down, through Dispatch, with the cab number on the receipt. The driver brought the phone back to the drop-off location, left it with a doorman. I could not be more pleased at the service of the driver in #3337, and even taking off from the building (likely to get another fare) before being able to stop and wait for another tip to substantively be complimented for the good service. Thanks again!One suggestion though - the company phone number is not on the Receipt. It would be good to include that on the print-outs.
If I could give less than one star, I would give ZERO! My daughter jumped in a cab from the airport and specifically asked what the flat rate would be to her hometown. The drivers reply was intended to intimidate as she was asked, What? Is this your first time taking a cab? She was then told there is no such thing as a flat rate...We have taken numerous cabs to the airport for less than half of what she was charged. It was not even a weekend (if that should matter) In addition, an extra charge was added onto her bill that was more than half of what the actual fare was. When I called the phone # once she came home, I was told no one there could help me but would transfer my call to someone that could. There I was told it was after business hours and to leave a message but the Que was full. NEVER EVER WILL I GET INTO A BLUE AND ORANGE TAXI. I have put another taxi app on my daughters phone for future rides, filed a dispute of charges with our credit card and will call them first thing in the morning. I will also be calling the Better Business Bureau and the city airport to report the company unless I hear from someone before 5pm tomorrow. I am so angry we were ripped off.. We have taken limos with 4 ppl to the airport for half of what she was charged.
Like many have said if 0 stars were an option thats what they would get but with my experience it would be negative stars. This jerk of a cab driver almost hit me while I was riding my bike in the bike lane on Elston. It was raining and visibility was poor. He pulled out of the dispatch garage and just about nailed me. Then when I gave him the finger and told him that he needs to learn how to not drive like an ***hole he proceeded to yell at me through the window and took off like a madman. I guess he didnt think I would catch up to him but thanks to that Elston traffic I did so with ease. Then he swerves at me when I came up along the side of him. Needless to say all these negative reviews are warranted. I would not be surprised if this place was out of business soon. Despite all the crazy Uber stories on the news I would definitely stick with them and never get a taxi from these guys even though there dispatch garage is .2 miles from my house.
Ive never really had problems with this taxi service. Ive been using them for a while now. I usually make my reservation a day before and my pickup date is usually early ~ between 5am-5.30am going to OHare. They never let me down, they are usually 5-10 minutes early. Nothing is worse than missing your flight because the cab didnt show up or didnt show up in time; but it has never happened to me. So for that I give them 5 stars.
Doesnt surprise me one bit with the rating. Almost got hit by one of their contracted drivers speeding outside my residence. When calling the company, they will simply tell you that they cant do anything since its a contracted driver (call the city and complain) Garbage company that does not care about their image nor costumer service. Definitely would not recommend these guys for anyone.
If I could rate less than 1 star, I would. I am a visitor to Chicago - on business for a conference. Had a lovely stay until I encountered this cab company. I left my hotel in downtown Chicago to go to Midway Airport. The doorman at the hotel whistled for a cab, told them where I was going and I got in. The driver got turned around which I did not think much of at first. She called for directions but still proceeded to get lost. She stayed on the phone the ENTIRE time. She asked me if I knew how to get there! I was very concerned after going through some undesirable looking neighborhoods. After an hour+ in the cab, I finally arrived at the airport. I had to direct her to the departure terminals after almost driving me to the parking deck. I called the city of chicago complaint line while in the cab because I was desperate to try to get out of the cab and make my flight. She did not charge me but the only thing she said to me was I did not charge you so why did you call the complaint number. No apology whatsoever. Luckily I have been to Chicago before, but this left the worst impression of a great city.
Terrible. Something was wrong with the meter. This is a ride I have taken many times. Could see meter going up double time, every couple seconds. On top of this the driver was going super slow in the right lane behind slowest car when there was no traffic and 4 lanes. The total fare was double the usual fare. When, I mentioned, there must be something wrong with the meter, he adamantly refuted the possibility. then on top of it all, after I payed the fare, my card was charged an additional .50 fee! Again the driver played dumb.
Despite the bad weather on new years eve I was able to get a taxi from D.T.A. and get to my destination at a timely fashion and safely. Cab was clean, driver was polite and accommodating. definitely would use this cab service again.
Just witnessed cab 6907 repeatedly deliberately swerve his car into the side of another vehicle on lake shore, trying to run him off the road. Called Dispatch to report it; they did not seem to care one iota, just said theyll call the driver. Did not seem alarmed about his behavior at all.
Okay so I am from Eastern Europe I did not know that not giving a tip is a really important issue. I took a taxi from the Navy Pier towards River North. The fare was around $8.5. So i wanted to pay with my card. The taxi driver asked me how much I want to pay and I said well the amount that the meter shows, take $9. He had the nerve to ask me What no tips?! putting me into a very awkward situation. Never using their service again
If I could give them 0 starts believe me I would. Cab #5773 was tailgating me on Lake Shore Drive. I did my best to slow down and decrease the distance but the cab driver wouldnt slow down and almost hit me on multiple occasions. Eventually I slowed down to allow him to pass me and believe me he did, he shot to about 90 cut the guy to our right off and cut me off to get in front of me before stopping almost causing a multi car collision. The driver then proceeded to flip me the bird and continue to stop and go in front of me for about two miles. Incredibly dangerous as there were workers on the shoulder of Lake Shore Drive as well as reckless and rude. Im glad that many of these taxi services are losing out to Uber and Lyft because its drivers like your #5773 cab that make me realize how terrible taxi drivers are and how glad I am that I can find a more professional service for cheaper.
I was driving in downtown and their taxi plates number (992 tax) was literally driving in 2 lanes 90% of the time, swerving, and being so agresive with everybody using his middle finger to other drivers, wei called 4 times trying to report him because he almost hit me when i first tried to pass me But I was imposible none pick up the phone wowww what a service to bad. Cab lic plates . (. 9 9 2. Tx).
Terrible customer service, requested a cab and called back 20 min later and was informed that my order still hasnt been processed. This was a Tuesday night and they were completely unhelpful

This place needs 0 stars! Bags left in cab and no cooperation from the company. Kept getting transferred to a number that isnt even open. Then I speak to a supervisor, who tells me their lost and found is open. Then he transferred me again and it wasnt open. Called back and was told its not open.....I have the cab details and nobody can help me since yesterday. Called them again today and same runaround. Absolutely terrible beyond comprehension......

Watch out for an African male driver in taxi #2610!!! Apparently he tries getting drunk girls to get in his taxi near nightclubs.Today very early I was waiting outside a nightclub waiting for my friend to finish his shift when one of their taxi drivers started telling me to get in so he could give me a ride. He wasnt asking if I needed a taxi and driving away like others would once I told him I didnt need a taxi. He kept trying to convince me to get in and as I began to walk to move away he proceeded to follow. He probably figured I was some drunk girl that would get in eventually. He only drove off super fast once he realized I had begun to record a video. Its very scary to know that there are drivers with bad intentions and riders arent safe when ordering a taxi. Ladies stay alert and always carry pepper spray or something to defend yourself with.
Ive used them a half of dozen times and been very happy, I could only recall once that they where 15 minutes late but that was due to weather other than that Im very very happy costumer service is great and so is there communication.
If I could give this company zero stars, I would do so in a heart beat.When the taxi I had reserved two hours prior over the phone didnt show up ten minutes after Id requested, I called the company to see what was up. After multiple phone calls and an HOUR wait, I found out that there was no taxi on its way in the first place.

Just charged me $59.50 for a 21 minute solo ride from O’hare. The ‘extra’ was nearly equal to the fare. They overcharged me (above the 1.5x surcharge and $4 airport fee). I filed a complaint with the city 311. Also, Uber would have cost $28.
ZERO STARS. THIS PLACE SUCKS.Driver charged me double what my normal fare would have been. Ive taken a cab on this particular route many times and its never as high as it was with this guy. Got totally ripped off. Called him out on it, he got aggressive so instead of dying outside my house at 1145pm, I just paid, and hopefully this guy gets fired. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

They were 35 minutes late to a scheduled pickup! Poor service!!!! I called them over two hours beforehand too. This made us late for a wedding.
0 stars took cab #5773 from Chicago midway to my home as the driver kept complaining and cursing at me and my family for making him drive so far. Would rather take an Uber next time rather then deal with incredibly rude and disrespectful drivers.
Worst experience ever! Waited 40 minutes for a cab, in -40 degree weather, that never showed. I spoke with dispatch that just told me over and over that they were on their way. We made a 5 am reservation from the night before and guess what? No taxi. I called at 5:15 and asked for an approximate time of arrival and was told we dont do that. Then the dispatched hung up on me. I called back 3 times before someone told me 5 minutes which turned into 15 minutes. There was a lot of stress and we almost missed our flight. Poor and unreliable service is what we received.
Rip off. Do Not USE! -- Taking taxi from Ogilvie station to McCormick Place, the driver thought that we werent from around here and tried to take a long way in order to inflate the fare. every other company fare was $10.00 - $ 12.00 bucks. This guy ran our fare up to $18.00 and was mad was questioning what he was doing. Was even more upset that we wouldnt tip him.
This is the WORST cab service Ive ever dealt with. I never go out of my way to right reviews, but I am so angry at this point. This is the second time I have tried to use this service and I have been late to where I am suppose to go each time. If I were you I would NOT use this service, because I will never go through them again.

If I could give it no stars i would. Called at 1152pm for a taxi. Called at 1227 to see how much longer and the guy said 8 mins. Called at 1252 and the guy said 4 more mins and I told him that 25 mins ago you said it was 8 mins and he said it wasnt him that said it. at 110am my friend called them and they said that they arent coming anymore bc they dont want to. unreal. unproffesional. i def dont recommend them at all.
The worst company, I have had been used . I am a student & I went to get a cab three times a week, they denied me with out reasonable. Actually theyre weird as well as cashiers were terrible acceptance for new driver.
Took cab from W on Lakeshore to Westin on Michigan Ave...a few blocks cab ride. Realized when I arrived that I was out of cash so had to use my credit card. Fare, plus tip, should have been no more than $5-6, but my card was charged for $48.50. Also, driver had worst BO ever, and to make it even worse, he was trying to cover it up with some kind of horrid incense/air freshner. Worst cab ride EVER!
Crashed into my car refused to exchange insurance and when calling the company they hung up on me. When calling back operator began to yell and hung up again
I flagged down a Dispatch taxi with its light on, the driver asked me where I was going, then shook his head and drove off.After a caught a taxi from a different company, I learned from the driver that Dispatch is where all the worst taxi drivers end up (i.e. those with accidents, tickets, or that have been kicked out of other taxi companies).

Called for a reservation the night before. Call again to confirm an hour before schedule, then...waited...waited... then called again an hour later to hear ...sorry sir. I made a Google account just so I can write a bad review for this place. I called at 5pm requesting a cab for 6pm. At 6:10 they called and said the cab was outside. It wasnt. I called back at 6:20. They said the cab was less than a minute away. It is now 6:30, Im late to my event, and they still arent here!
Driver cheated my by giving me half of a five dollar bill mixed in with my change. I didnt realize what happened until the next day.

My car broke down and Dispatch was 10 minutes away so I called for a cab ASAP they said a cab should be there shortly. After 1 hour of waiting in a cold car I ended up using Uber who got there in 5 minutes. By the end of the night Dispatch never even called me.
Waited for a taxi to pick me up to go to the airport. The taxi never showed up and when I called the operator nobody answered and ignored my calls many times. Never colling them again.
Im just a mile away from this company. I asked taxi at 7:45AM and its now 8:22 until now no taxi. i think this company need to be closed.

Drivers trying to scam everyone, even the locals. Meter doesnt work, this ride is usually $12 for a ride thats just under a mile.
Called two hours in advance and scheduled a pickup for 730 to go to my anniversary dinner. Its now 830 and Im currently on the bus headed to dinner already a half hour late to my reservation. The worst part is they kept telling me they had someone right around the corner. Worst cab service in Chicago by far.

I had to reschedule my flight because they were over a hour late. I kept getting calls that my taxi was outside and it was never outside. The temperature is below 18 degrees in Chicago and if i actually went outside when they told me there outside I would have froze my butt off. Never ever use there service!!!
It should be NO STAR. I ordered for 11:30, it arrived at 12:10. I called a few times, they informed me the taxi is 2 min.away. Finally, I was told that my taxi picked another person so they are sending another vehicle. MESS.
