I am going to assume the gutters are clean because my back yard and my deck is covered in debris from the stuff they pulled from the gutters. If I knew that I was going to have to spend time cleaning the deck and grass from old leaves, I would have climbed up there and did it myself. Will not use this service again.

The team at Sparkle came around and did a great job on some windows but missed some others. When they realized I was not entirely satisfied, they came back at no charge to redo the work and discounted me on the total project. They were very responsive and did whatever it took to ensure I was satisfied. It says a lot for how much emphasis they put on happy customers and a great work product. Would recommend.

I called Sparkle because I needed my gutters cleaned and checked and they had a lot of positive reviews. Their communication was very prompt and clear. The workers arrived in a timely manner and did their work in a professional manner. I would definitely call them again and would recommend them.

I requested an estimate for gutter cleaning online and received a phone call the next morning. I was very happy that they were able to come out a few days later. I also appreciated the message communication on the day of the appointment.

Sparkle Window Washing just came out this morning to do all of the windows in my multi-storied townhouse (some are really up high!) They were fabulous. Had a three man crew, took two hours, was very reasonably priced, and now my windows are so clean it looks like they arent even there! I will definitely use them again, and highly recommend them.

All the time they were working they were having pleasant conversations with each other and us. What a joy to have them in our home! They came on time, and did an excellent job within the estimate that we got from them. As a bonus, they noticed that three of our windows had a small amount of moisture between the glass panes. Since they found the moisture, I think replacements should be covered by warranty by the window manufacturer. We would probably not noticed this - and if we did, they would likely have been out of warranty by then. Awesome!

I contracted for window washing (inside, outside, storms and screens) and gutter cleaning. They sent one guy to do all that work. He worked hard and did a good job on the windows, but did not put all the blinds back up. He didnt even start the gutters as it was late in the day and started to rain. I have tried to schedule a time for them to come back and finish the work, but I cannot get any response despite 4 attempts to reach them.As a follow up, after this posting I got a call from the company and they sent out two fellows to clean the gutters that same day.

They called me when they were going to be late and showed up right when they said they would. His team missed a few spots, but he caught this when he did his inspection after they were done. Just...wow! Windows were super clean and done in a jiffy! The guys even cleaned out quite a few cobwebs on my very high windows without batting an eye and re-washed the outside of my front window before leaving because it had rained. Though they broke a piece of porch light glass that was on a table on my porch, Mike from Mr. Sparkle searched out a piece of that glass (which was from the 70s) and found just enough and had it cut to make me a replacement! He also dealt with my issues making a Paypal payment with grace and kindness. Mike was amazingly friendly and went way over and above to provide excellent customer service. Highly recommended!!
