The most dirtiest and slowest warehouse I’ve ever been. Average wait time is 3 hours the least. A bunch of lazy forklift loaders that go around, looking for the load like in an open air market that’s why they are slow

Allows a carrier to sit empty in doors all day, that trucking company pays dock workers to load and unload them first. About 15 people just sitting around and the others working only on the empty trailers that the trucking company pays to have them loaded and unloaded first!! This has to be some kind of security issue to leave empty trailers just sitting in docks.

Simultaneously slow paced and chaotic somehow. Id nearly given up hope when Dominique saved the day. He was the only friendly and helpful person I met there. Got me sorted out fast and snatched me from the jaws of defeat. I dont know if anyone at the company reads these, but Dominique deserves a raise. In case theres more than 1, I mean Dominique with the long braided hair and goat tee. Awesome guy.

Worst experience picking up my puppy. Pick up was scheduled for 10:55.. it is now 1:30 and I’m still waiting for my puppy

Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. This place is the worst place in the whole world I believe. They do not care about humans in general. They lost my cdl for a hour. They make you sit outside in the heat for hours and hours and hours. The bathrooms are gross. Vending machines dont work. Employees are rude when you ask why they allow their buddies to jump in line. I waited there for 8 hours and my company told me to leave. They have no sign in policy. They dont care you have hos or that you a human being with bathroom needs or hunger.

Dont even try to deliver here if You are not a local guy and getting paid 40$ per hour.

Together with Asiana,this place has the biggest leak of organization in the warehouse.The only place where beside waiting on the street for a door,then huge waiting in the cage to get to the dock,there is the biggest waiting when they can not find the load.Sad

Absolutely horrendous. Wait times are 3-6 hours.

I spoke to swissport on Friday regarding a priority shipment coming through their facility and was guranteed that the shipment would be available for pickup by 5PM on Saturday if I emailed their warehouse manager to give them a heads up on the priority break. Ok, great... well we sent the truck to pickup our 144 carton order for them to tell us that it is not ready for pickup yet. It is now 24 hours later and we are still waiting for them process and release our shipment that should have been ready to pickup yesterday. Avoid swissport at all costs they are not fair people, they are not kind to customers that are paying an arm and leg for them to process a shipment. This is the worst business I have ever had the misfortune to have to deal with.

Never ever coming back here again, 7 hours to get loaded, don’t waste your day picking up from this sinkhole facility

Came on Hunan airline yesterday #HunanMy suitcase did not come. They subcontract to Swissport.The Swissport rep said they will reach me today. No one did.He gave a number to call. The number is disconnected.

Had a puppy arrive from Belgium over an hour late. Then charge 90$ cash only holding fee to pick up the puppy. So if you want to import a puppy at a fair price, This isn’t the airline for you. They didn’t even switch the puppies paper in the cage. Worst airline ever and we import a lot of dogs!!!
