Even though I tried to to be a loyal customer to this company, but they keep frustrating and being unprofessional towards our work relationship.I have a container on high seas headed to the final destination in Ghana, but after I had paid and ordered for a container, my container stood at the same location that I loaded for 7 days, and then they couldnt communicate what the matter was, till the trucking company informed me that a wrong container was sent to me, so there were issue. Guess what?!. After all of these mess, the company sent charges that I think is fraudulent because there was no communication about charges from the beginning till the container g is almost getting close to the destination. I have a credibility issues with this company, and Im going to actually sue them for damages and also for fraudulent charges

The worst irresponsible company. If there is only one shipping company left in the world and its them, Id rather not ship my stuff with them.

This company is the worse company I have ever used. They are disrespectful to their African customers, lie about critical information, and are unprofessional in their dealings with customers. I have never had to argue with employees, who have the best interest of their organization, but some of the employee are the worse I have had to manage with since I first started doing business with them from 2013-2018. Im completely done with a company whose employees have bad business ethics, hangs up on customers because they are so quick tempered, lack ethica and inconsistency in the information they give out. I will never ever recommend any SERIIOUS business minded person or company to use International shipping line Inc. They have caused me to pay so much in port charges as a result of bad business practice among some of their employees, especially in documentation and International coordinator in-charged of Africa.

They are scam, they lie and steal from their customers. They sold my 40FT Container with all my customers Goods inside. They always makes up false charges and invoices to steal from their customers.
