The employee I spoke with was very knowledgeable and was a pleasure to work with.I had a moisture detection error in my USB port. iFix confirmed there was water inside, and ordered me the new part.The moisture must have dried out when they opened my phone - so now everything works again and they didnt even charge me.Best cell repair experience I have ever had.

I was having LED burning issues on my phone, and the owner and his team not only found me a great deal on a used piece that they had in stock ready to go, but they even replaced the entire frame of my phone which was cracked and in bad shape. Got a battery replacement for my old iPhone 7 for a great price (including a cash discount). Was fixed in like half an hour while I made a dinner run and they couldnt have been nicer. Phones battery performance has been like-new for weeks now. Great company, recommended!

I came in expecting to spend over 150 dollars to have my charging port fixed/replaced on my IPhone X. The woman behind the counter, who was very friendly and knowledgeable, wanted to clean the port first, and now it works. (I tried tooth brush and other home solutions via online, did not work ). For 20 bucks to have the port cleaned is well worth it. FYI, even if it was worst case, the charging port is $129 here. Another place quoted me 250. So still a good value. I will return for any of my cell phone repair needs.

This store is GREAT!!! A local, family owned business thats been around for over 20 years! They will bend over backwards to help, and make sure you are completely satisfied.I have an iPhone XsMax with a cracked screen. They were cheaper than Apple and easier to work with. I also got a tempered glass cover that was cost almost nothing. You can’t tell is there and if you crack your screen most likely it’s just the cover.While I was waiting a guy came in with a cracked cover, they peeled it off and his screen was PERFECT!!! He paid about $30 bucks for a new cover and was out of there in about 10 minutes.Go get a tempered glass cover from iFix and save your phone! I’m taking my wife’s phone in this weekend!(& they do ALL sorts of computer repair - the guy is a genius)

This place is SO great, I’ve had my iPhone for going on 4 years and it’s ALL thanks to this store. As an accident prone girl in her mid-late 20’s I consider this a huge accomplishment. The iFix is a small family owned business, I’ve used them several times to repair my cracked screens and I feel so safe using their services, the prices are great relative to going through Apple and I’ve had nothing but success stories with the repairs so far! I had a cracked screen on my iPad that was only 6 mo old and it was bent as well. They repaired and made it look like new, fast service, knowledgeable, fair price and friendly. I will go back with other electronics as needed.

Great place to go. Walked right up to the door and Jenny assisted me outside due to Covid. They fixed my screen, replaced the battery, and replaced the home button for cheap and it only took them an hour or so. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience getting my phone fixed! I cracked my screen while on vacation and had a lot of work to do when I got back. So needless to say I was stressed about giving up my phone. Luckily I found iFix. Before I arrived they answered my questions and quoted me a very fair price (with a reasonable disclaimer that their wasnt any additional damage done). The staff was thoughtful and worked quickly. They were very knowledgeable and even suggested a screen protector so I didnt have to come back! I will recommend them to all my family and friends and you should too.

Spectacular service and incredibly friendly. I had my smartphone screen replaced and the service took about an hour. The screen itself is oem quality and you can tell it was installed very well. A screen protector was also put on for an extra $15 and doesn’t even look like it’s there because of how well it was put on. Found my new spot for phone repair/service.

Brought in my laptop for repair. It was a very intricate repair that took longer then expected, but they kept in contact with me the whole time and did not raise the price they said it was going to be. I’m from Michigan and was in Chicago for a concert. I needed a new phone case so I stopped in to see what they had. The staff was very kind and helpful. They got me set right up with the accessories I needed and even installed a tempered glass screen protector for me. I’ll definitely return there for any phone needs whenever I’m in town! The staff was extremely helpful, tested my phone and actually recommended against the battery replacement I was coming in for based on the testing. Given my personal experience, I requested to move forward anyway, and they offered to save the replaced battery for a month in case it didnt fix the issues so that I could return the new battery. Extraordinary service, well informed staff, and no sense of pushing for money or rushing issues. I will be returning for any future problems, and will be looking at them first when next I upgrade phones as well. I expect to recommend them in person to any friends who ask.

This place was so great and knowledgeable! From the minute I walked in I was greeted and helped in a matter of minutes. Went to fix my rear camera screen and was given options on what to do,they really know what they are doing there. I’m giving it 4 stars because of the time management. When told over the phone it would be an hour and a half to fix I planned my day around that,in the end it was 2 and a half hours! I know they fixed it correctly but was just annoyed about timing

Phenomenal service! The staff were attentive and helpful. They are very knowledgeable and skilled at what they are doing. It was surprisingly really fun to watch them make the repairs right in front of you. They explained each step in the repair process which was cool to hear. Lastly, they had very reasonable prices. Service was great! They took an extra step to check my battery for swelling. Warned me about what swelling can do to my screen gave me an option. Decided to not spend more money on my husband’s iPhone 8 Plus so we just fixed the screen. They also had a screen protector promo so that was cool! Overall good service.

I was about to buy a new laptop when I decided to bring it in and see if there was something that can be easily fixed. Marcus kept my laptop for nearly a week but kept me informed about what he was doing and why it was taking a while. For two of those days, he was testing to make sure his solution worked. The price he charged me was two times LESS than what the manufacturer said it would cost to fix my laptop. I am SO happy with his attention to detail, thoroughness, communication and pricing. Will continue to bring electronics here if I ever have issues.
