I guess it’s my fault for randomly choosing them from the NACES‘ member list.. Because clearly they don’t check their members. Because if I would have taken the time to google them I would have chosen a different organization.The first report (evaluation) we received had the name of the original document spelled wrong, and instead of using either my maiden or my current name (although my maiden name was the only name on the original document we sent in to get evaluated) or indicating in any other way that my maiden name was “Maiden name” and my current “Current name”, they used “Maiden CURRENT name” in the Report.After sending them an email, they wrote back “greetings...” (felt a little bit like I was talking to a teenager instead of a legit organization) and told me they corrected the typo (turning a German word into a Spanish one doesn’t seem much like a typo and l and r are not even close on the keyboard) they indicated Glock as my maiden name, so they corrected it but made it seem like they never made a mistake and didn’t apologize at all for it instead they were rude and unprofessional.From both copies I sent them (diploma and translation), they only sent one back saying that they only send back originals, although both documents they received were copies.So instead of being unprofessional and handling it in such a manner, they could have just apologized for all of their mistakes instead of finding excuses for their bad work and it would have been fine, because mistakes happen.The first email we sent out was calm and it definitely could have been handled better. Just because you’ve been doing a job for xy amount of years doesn’t stop you from making mistakes. Good customer service can be judged by how complaints are handled and mistakes are corrected. Acting like a teenager that’s getting criticized is not good customer service.

I had done my B.sc degree evaluation over here and had a good experience with them. They responded to my every emails and calls. I can say they give good service. I personally tell others to prefer their service.

I contacted this agency since their prices are showing pretty competitive prices among NACES accredited evaluators. The lady that I spoke with over the phone was the MOST rudest person I have ever dealt with. Very degrading and no percentage of respect in her communication skills. Dont forget that we as customers are the source of your income. Would not advice to work with such people.

Dont use this company for the evaluation. They did the worse evaluation that it could be done for me. You will not be able to get a refund back. These people dont have any knowledge about the other countries educational systems. They only care about your money but not about the service that they do.

I agreed with the people that says do not use this company. They are the rudest personal and offer poor customer service. Only care about money. Their prices are higher only for a copy of your already done document.

If I could leave zero stars I would. The woman who answered the phone (Tina Smithe) was the rudest most unprofessional person I have ever had to deal with. For no reason at all she began the conversation with an attitude. She belittled my intelligence and was overall not helpful. I do not recommend their services.

They made a mistake in my evaluation, omitting credits. They refuse to acknowledge their mistake and want me to pay again for them to review it.

If there was a zero star, I would definitely go with that. I had an awful experience with this, although the price was reasonable but the quality of service is terrible. This firm just proves cheap always doesnt mean good.

RUDEST CUSTOMER SERVICE - Wish I could leave zero stars. Like many people noted in their review, their customer service sucks!! The women I just got off the phone with was one of the most unprofessional person Ive dealt with had a ton of attitude and very unhelpful. I asked her why she sounded so condescending to which she replied that is her tone and continued with being rude and disrespectful.

I called to ask an information and was treated very rudely. The lady did not answer the question that I made and treated with such a bad atitude. They don’t know how to listen and assumes what you want. I really felt terrible to even have called them.

Called to ask how to get an updated evaluation credential, the lady on the phone was very rude and dismissive. Wish there was a zero star.

The attendant is very disrespectful, rude and have no patience, I sent the original transcript and translated copy in a envelope, today 02/19/19 I’ve been informed that envelope with the translation have been returned to me without been opened, and the original transcript mailed to my College, I clearly informed in their form to mail me back the original transcript, I’m waiting for 3 weeks for this horrible service, If the original transcript get lost in any circumstances I’ll send this case to court and make sure that Evaluation Services Inc will pay all the costs to get a original copy on the foreign school (based in Brazil) !This review also can be use to court base documentarion
