I have not been impressed with the service I have received. The process has taken two times longer than stated on their website, and it took at least a week for a response each time I made an inquiry. The only way I could successfully get them to respond to me was by sending multiple emails, and calling their number (which I was informed both times I was not supposed to call....). Terrible customer service, and I am still waiting to see if my evaluation was even received, or if it is usable.If there is a different credential evaluator available to you, try them instead.

Great experience. Kind courteous and efficient staff. Service was completed in just over 2 weeks. Sat NCLEX shortly after. Delighted with the excellent service.

A quite unfortunate as well as disappointing experience. Yes, they provided me with the evaluation I needed in a timely manner; however, their customer service is utterly poor and inefficient. Communication via e-mail may be confusing and misleading, plus they take several days to get back to you with very vague and short answers. My documents arrived in a horrible condition, folded and teared in the edges, and they refused to send me a new copy of my original (I am supposed to pay for that). I had to ask my lawyer to intervene in order to have a signed, color, high-resolution copy of my evaluation, which they were reluctant to do (I am supposed to pay for this, as well). Lastly, I got yelled over the phone because I was complaining about the aforementioned. According to them, I was harassing the employees by stating my case. Unbelievable! By the way, the person who gave 5 stars to this particular company in Google Reviews in previous reviews is the REVIEWER HIMSELF, the same man who signed my evaluation! He was the man who called to yell at me over the phone, too. Lame, very lame.

I graducated nursing from outside of USA.My experiences with Ashland Educational Services was Quick and trustful.I highly recommend to other this evaluation center besed on my experiences.

WARNING ***AVOID***Worse experience EVER. Unprofessional people working there, they did a terrible TERRIBLE job with my transcripts, one mistake after another one, money wasted. Very frustrating! Hard to communicate with them, they dont like to take phone calls, you have to send multiple emails to get a straight answer. I still cry about this experience... Seems like they DO NOT know what they doing.

Very disappointing experience. The full absence of qualification and understanding what they are doing. Waste of money and lots of time. Never would recommend to anybody. Please, avoid their service.
