My girlfriend saw something about Winestyr from a local blogger so we decided to give it a try the next time we were in Chicago. We’re big wine people so after researching a little more about the company we booked a tasting appointment this past week during our visit. We were one of the first appointments that afternoon so it was just us and the two employees. We received a very warm greeting and after a brief explanation of how the tasting would proceed we were swirling our first of 5 wines. The atmosphere of the space was really cool and had a great vibe. Before each wine we tried, the staff would sit down and tell all the details about the wine. This was really neat and it was cool to hear some of the stories behind the wineries they work with. Most of them are small producers so the stories were great. Their wine membership is great and offers multiple options that fits everyone’s budget. We opted for the quarterly wine shipment of all red wines. We love in Kansas so it was awesome that most of the wineries they work with ship to us! We actually ended up adding a few extra bottles from their website onto our first club shipment. The whole order shipped a few days after our tasting so we can wait to start sipping.

What a wonderful experience! We had an absolute blast at our tasting experience and were super excited to check out their subscription service! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. We learned a lot, ate some great cheese and, most importantly, drank some amazing wine!If youre able to sign up for a time slot that works for you and a great I HIGHLY recommend doing this!

Very Happy with Winestyr Eddie was early and very helpful getting all the family bags into the car as well as helping to put the cars seats in. Winestyr made the hassle of getting to the airport so easy. Definitely recommended!

The experience and the product at both excellent. The in store tastings are a really fun way to spend an evening out with friends, and its fun trying out new wines that come in the subscription box. And every staff member Ive interacted with has been friendly and knowledgeable, so its really just 10s across the board for me. Neat idea executed very well.

We’ve been members of Winestyr for about one year and love all of the wines we’ve received. But beyond that is the ease to suspend a shipment when we will be away on vacation and unable to sign for delivery. Shipments are received in a very timely manner and easy to track online.Most importantly has the been the great customer service when an issue needed to be resolved. We have worked with Emily who was prompt in replies and provided excellent service.I highly recommend Winestyr and can’t wait until we can visit the Chicago location again.

BEWARE! I BELIEVE WINESTYR IS A BIG SCAM! I’m not one to ever write negative reviews... I look for resolutions directly with the company. However I have reason to believe Winestyr takes your money and doesn’t execute on shipments.Over the course of two weeks I spoke to three employees, one being Bob, a founder of the company. I was intending to send gifts to 7 clients. They never prepared the order, despite me checking daily, and they ultimately never sent it. My clients received none of the thoughtful gifts or notes I’d put together for them. Two years ago I did another large order with Winestyr and not a single one of my clients ever acknowledged receiving the gifts. I’m now realizing that they were probably NEVER SENT in the first place even though the orders were paid in full! I’ve looked back at my correspondence back then, and when I asked for tracking information, it was never shared with me.Complete failure. Possible fraud. Beware.

Our office did the 2 bottles of wine quarterly for our boss. I was able to have the first delivery within a couple days of placing the order. He has already tried them and said both the red and white were very good. It was very easy to place the order from their website. I would highly recommend them.

I was in Boston last month and drank a glass of wine at a pretty hip restaurant - the waiter recommended the wine as one of their favorites so when I returned to California, looked it up and found Winestyr carried it! I ordered 6 bottles and am so delighted in quick service, delivery ad total satisfaction with the purchase. I will definitely order more.

Winestyr is an amazing experience! Our super cool consultant, Nikki, took us through the amazing stories of the wine producers. All the wines are domestic and they are small batch. It was so informative and fun.

Luv the whole concept of Winestyr. I made a mistake ordering my wines and shipped to myself instead of my intended gifter. Winestyr helped me out by giving me a very thoughtful discount so I could get it to the right person. Definitely going to use them more! Just the kind of people you would hope would be running a boutique wine service.

We ordered a case of Bench Chardonnay for a party. Customer service was terrific, the wine was delivered within 3 days, the Bench had an excellent, balanced flavor and was a very good value.

My friends and I enjoy winestyre. You get to try small production wines that you would normally not see. I am part of there quarterly wine program. 3 bottles of wine every 3 months. The wines are unique and not sweet. The tastings are free for anyone who comes. The tasting is 5 wines that they will come and explain to you. You cannot buy bottles or glasses after your tasting. It is tasting only. Some of the hostesses are snobby but overall very cute and fun way to find new wines without committing to a full bottle

Huge fan of Winestyr, theyll go through the hundreds of small batch wines out there and pick the best hidden gems. Great for yourself, or as gifts as they send them out in super slick packaging.
