Ive been working with Shopping Gives for a few years now and I only have such high superlatives.Our customers loves it. They are so excited.Their service is above and beyond. Easy installation, easy to work with in general.Highly recommend for anyone who runs an E commerce.

ShoppingGives is an amazing partner. They allow Luxie to walk its talk about supporting our community through giving back on every sale, while making it easy to facilitate. They do this with a simple integration on Shopify that allows us to manage the giving and meet our legal obligations at the same time. While we give because its important to us, our giving has had an amazing effect on sales. We actually see that giving is as important to our customers as it is to us and our customers reward us for it by buying from us. ShoppingGives is truly a great tool and a great company.

Installed Shopify plug-in and noticed page load slow. Conducted Lighthouse audit to discover horrifically low scores. Uninstalled, but gut told me code lingered. Contacted support, only to be routed to the founder called Ronny who tried to sell me back in. Simply wanting uninstall, requested dev to list all files. Refusing to cooperate, Ronny misleadingly tells me to simply click uninstall. After much back and forth, finally I get him to reveal location of two other scripts. Due to this show of untrustworthiness, I request a developer to speak to confirm all locations. A John begins contacting me, however only instructs me to remove script from ONE location... contradicting Ronnys instructions. At this point Ronny becomes unresponsive and I learn my banking info has been retained, so I continue to email while CCing more investors. He finally replies but claims its for outstanding invoices... of which I had NONE due to the store not even being live! Finally, Ronny hires a lawyer called Ryan Jacobson to FedEx my elderly mom a cease & desist.... causing her to visit the P.O. during a pandemic to forward it to me. All while I only even installed the app to donate to a COVID fund. And instead, here he is spending the funds on fancy lawyers to stop emails that embarrass him in front of investors. My gut told me the money wouldnt make it to the causes. Sometimes you must follow your gut...
