I dont know what happened to their normally attentive service. I emailed the company a week in advance to set up a lunch delivery for a big office, or so I thought. Its possible I may have forgotten to send the email. I called their answering service the morning of the event to check if they had received an order from me, and I also left a text. No one from the company called or emailed me afterwards. I ended up ordering from a local carryout pizza place, which was a hassle. At this time, I cant recommend them. Some of the people from the now-defunct Fancy Foods are working there.
