I ordered a decanter and glasses set as a bridal shower gift for a friend and they were so pretty! Unfortunately, the decanter was broken during shipping and the company was extremely responsive, understanding, and replaced the item quickly. Top notch customer service all the way!

What an amazing, customer driven company! I had an issue with an order I had sent to my sons girlfriend for her college graduation. I wrote the company my complaint. They got back to me right away and not only rectified the situation, they sent a bonus gift as well. I am truly impressed with this company!
