This location is located inside a bank and the deliverer nor the recipient can retrieve the items before 9am or after 5pm on weekdays and 9-1pm on Saturday. Banks are normally accessible with a debit card after hours however that is not the case here and the security guard is rude. Don’t send your package here unless you plan to retrieve it during banking hours.

Terrible headache and I dont understand why this location is even an Amazon pickup station. The area for the packages isnt located directly in the bank lobby, but it has been made inaccessible during banking hours. I tried to kill two birds with one stone by picking up a package, while using the atm. That wasnt even an option. I really dislike this location.
