I’ve gotten two packages delivered here. The first was 5 days late. I didn’t need it anymore, so I left it in the locker to be returned. The other should have been delivered two days ago, and I have yet to receive any updates regarding the package. I called customer service and was told that a delivery was attempted but the package couldn’t be delivered. Um, why? I have prime and use prime all the time to receive packages. They always take two days to be delivered to my building. My building is currently backed up, and packages are getting lost. That’s the reason I chose to use the locker. I will never ever ever again order to a locker.
