Too small. I like the service and food better.

Overly complex Service. As a small business owner I find the service complex and cumbersome. My merchant service company automatically signed me up and them made me start paying fees. I tried to get through the vetting process and dis although I have know idea how. You basically need to have a cyber security degree to even begin to make sense of it all. I was supposed to have my merchant accountant combined so I did not have to go through the vetting twice but after countless emails, phone calls, and promises one account is good to go but the other I an still being charge a NON_COMPLIANCE fee for. How id that even possible if both accounts are supposed to be combined and one is good. Obviously the accounts are not combined 3 month later. The i get a CRAZY email saying I have to waste more of my time to make sure I do not fall out of compliance. All this for a small business that has NEVER had a merchant account fraud issue or charge back in 20 years. the email they sent me list a support pone number that is wrong and when I try to log into my account it says my credential are wrong the the reset password feature is BROKE. I could go on and on but these folks just do not care anyways.

TERRIBLE customer service. Last year, when I had to fill out their million question questionnaire, they were helpful, and walked me through it. This year, the guy, and his supervisor wanted to charge me for help. I will be looking for another card processor that does NOT use this company.

The atrium here was very nice and utilized as a proper venue for our event a few weeks back.The tall ceilings give it an airy feel and the backdrop is a large LED display that can be viewed from various angles. There is a kitchen behind the west wall, along with seating on the upper floor. Very nice event space with plenty of room, sunlight and seating.

I have had extensive work with these guys. This is not a disgruntled one-time issue review. This company was bought out by a company in Indonesia very quietly. Ever since then they have been terrible to work with. Additionally i dont like the idea of farming out my security services to a country overseas in such an unstable part of the world. NOT recommended.

Poorest PCI/DSS Certification ever. Extremly poor service, ZERO support. E-Mails, after many days of zero communication, even without salutation, just one sentence with abstruse instructions, NOT knowing their own website and functions !VERY VERY POOR ! And t h i s company shall be trustworthy to certify others in terms of credt card handling ?!?!? THATS A JOKE !

Great company that knows Security!!! The Spiderlabs team is BAR NONE the best in the industry. They recently were acquired by Singtel, but will still operate as Trustwave

Best PCI company .. supports our Kansas City Business

Trustwave website and PCI compliance download are appalling. The PCI download does not load on normal broadband service, in the UK, using Chrome or IE. After a number of attempts the downloaded finally loaded in Firefox. The download GUI is not user orientated and seems to have been designed by a 21` year old graduate who has no idea how real-world data speed throttles back the download to the point that it does not work. Even when the data does download the user does not see timers to indicate that the download is processing or in fact doing anything even when it has downloaded. I have to persevere with this awful service because I am not given a choice by my EPOS provider..... Given the choice i would vote with my feet. Dont use unless you have to!
