Doesnt even know what valid identification and proof of residency is. Makes up fake lies and rules to not process things. Every time. Worthless.

The supervisor at this location really cares about the customers. Shes kind and professional at all times. Great experience everytime I go.

They were curious & went an extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. & thats a refreshing experience. especially in this day & time. most places only care about getting their paycheck & not worrying about the customer gets their paycheck cashed. not here they Help!!! Oh & Ive been using them now for 17years. so Im qualified to rate them!

I am new on my job. By it being my first time cashing a check from this company I had a hard time but the young lady was very patient she called my job got everything cleared up and was also able to help me pay bills.

The people here are rude. Also I wanted to pick up a western union using no ID and a test question. I have done this many times. It is aloud, my people sent it that way on purpose. But the people at Currency Exchange will not do that. Why they go against western unions policy IDK. So I went to Check N Go. They did it there with out a problem.

On a Friday night when they are listed to be open until 9pm, I arrived at 8:01pm to find they are fully closed, this is upsetting considering they are one of the few in the area, luckily I was still able to commute back to Logan square (where I was working) and went out of my way to still cash my check in tome to pay my bills. Not using this location again

Sketchy location, staff are friendly but unprofessional. I’ve come during Listed business hours and they were closed!

Every Saturday I get a western union and every Saturday and Sunday they western union machine are down 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔
