If I could give less than one star I would. A woman identified herself as a person who works there demanded that I move my vehicle from in front of the establishment. I was parked in a legal parking spot that was unmarked and not designated as employee parking. She’s yelling at me demanding me to move all the while she’s late opening up the business. The armored truck even had to wait on her to open. This is totally unprofessional behavior and very selfish of her to demand a customer to move from a parking spot because she wanted to park there. I would never go back to this place and conduct business again. Please spread the word about the unacceptable behavior of the employees who work there and do not give them any of your business.

I grew up with around this check cashing place do not thi go around there disrespectful u will be checked other then that take care of anything y need

One of the employees stole my debit card information and used it to buy 4 $50 google play cards. The woman is a thief and a liar. NEVER NEVER GO HERE.

These ladies do not do they job. Im at the window trying to get a money order and she’s having a conversation with her co worker for about 3 minutes. Then when she get done she looks at me like I’m crazy and ask how can she help me after I repeated myself stating that I wanted a money order. They act like teenagers but they’re all grown women. Totally unprofessional.

Alethia and Bianca were suppppper helpful with a difficult exchange. I really appreciated their help.

I had an issue with money and it was fixed as soon as the owner was able to check into it.

Customer service is terrible, no one is in here Im waiting because their conversation is more important than doing their job. When I asked when can I get some help one lady said Im off and the other just stood there looking confused, I asked when was she going to tell me that she just shrugged her shoulder. Ill never go back!

Its not its just open late but not safe.

I wouldnt go here unless its an emergency situation. They have solicitors and peddlers hanging around the inside and the outside of the building. Avoid it if you can.

Horrible went there yesterday to get a 7- Day CTA/ Pace bus pass $33 and she never put my damn 7 day pass on my damn card I noticed it when I had already went to work so the lady charged me $33 dollars and I havent gotten my damn 7 day pass
