Shows no respect for customers. Will tell you with the quickness that if you dont like the treatment they dont have to take you. Mean-spirited. Took 40 minutes and was still messing up. Refuse to acknowledge me to tell me what was going on. .

Got the help that I needed right when I arrived and cashed the check I needed to have cashed.

Horrible experience since when do you have to face all the bills up and she refused to take my money for my money order now my rent late thanks to her! Im pretty sure there is someone that would take pride in doing your job and will make that place so much better! Never going in there ever again besides money orders are to expensive why?

Unfortunattelly the staff and the manager are liars and they dont even know what they are doing. They didnt even cancel my transaction which has done mistakenly (or intently). Do not go there for any reason.

Always beware of a halving towing truck in a none ( hiding ) area waiting to ponce on ur auto if u fail to grace the exchange building.

This currency exchange is so ghetto, the workers are so rude. This place needs all new employees. They in there buying fake purses while helping customers. The customer service sucks. The customer service/old ladies at this place are horrible. They literally will lie to you to avoid from doing their job. Had to call customer service twice while in-store. This place is full of negative energy. SAD thing is the corporate office could care less.If you can avoid this place do so by any means necessary, or I guarantee you will leave unsatisfied.

Quick, despite a regular flow of customers. My only issue was with the worker who just sat despite an overflow of customers, who needed service. She may have been on break, if in the future she were under the same circumstances, next time find a location to rest away from customers.

Theyre lazy! I came by an hour before they closed and they refused to do a transaction that only takes a couple of seconds!

This place is friggin horrible. Im not there at the moment but I bet you its packed. Its 1 cashier working, 2 sitting down looking, a security guard securing not a damn thing, and the line probably long. Oh and they gone close 30 minutes before they suppose to. 0 STARS 👎🏿🚫

They are slow at times, but I understand they serve many customers. Its just sometimes waiting in a long line can be frustrating, but I congratulate them on the great service.

Went to get a money order to pay a huge bill, of course the lady with glasses tells me they dont accept debit, like what Currency Exchange dont accept Debit? Very bad service & yeah the Western Union was down also. Not good business!

They are suppose to be open until 8 pm on Saturdays but on February 1 they closed at 6:30 pm. The hours on the door say 8PM. No excuse

Nobody wants to do their job

Its quick, convenient and friendly.

They are alittle slow sometimes, they need all open windows since they took the one on 115th down and stay open longer Monday thru Sunday for service.

The young lady with brown hair & old short darkskin lady with glasses was so mean to me after various calls upon entry I arrived 20min before closing & they refused my service they were very rude kept saying they were closed & it was still people in line when I arrived refused to cash my check & give me there name worse currency ever!

The short elderly black woman with the glasses got a major attitude problem and dont want to do her job.

The older lady with the glasses is extremely rude !

Extremely slow, especially when sending a Western Union.
