Solid place. I came for the early bird special turned out to be a pretty decent car wash. I used to go to Forest Glen up the street but in the last year or so its falling off and they dont do as good of a job and all their prices went up. With covid prices went up everywhere but Forest Glen just dropped off the map for me. The guys at Ultra shine were really nice may I ask one of the guys to do an extra special job on the vacuuming because my wife and I smoke the ashes get everywhere. Also their equipment is pretty up-to-date its not an expensive or an elaborate carwash but like I said, solid car wash. They have a decent price for a hundred and $39 to have the car buffed out twice in details including leather conditioning of the interior Im going to give it a try Ill let you know how it goes

My go to car wash place! Of all the car washes in the area this place is always the best value. Good price ($20 for my large Nissan Pathfinder cleaned in & out with a hand wash & all the wax & tire shine/interior wipe down & vacuum). The guys are hard working the guy at the register is always friendly & professional. I highly recommend!

I wanna say this place was a dope experience for my first time coming here I came near closing time and they let me take pictures of my car while it was getting a wash and I’ve never been happier being a car enthusiast I appreciate it ziggy was the man who made it happen thanks everyone

I’ve come here for years and they always do a good job. I came in today for a wash and the guy tried to overcharge me. He got real defensive when I called him out on it, then literally tried to gaslight me, insisting he told me a different price. I’m really disappointed, this has been the only place I take my car for years now. I don’t feel comfortable coming back.

Very fast and affordable with a rewards program and other coupon related extras to save that extra buck if needed. The only thing is that even if you get the super option, they Rush so much that the miss a lot of areas on that need dust to be removed, either that or a change into cleaner towels might be needed. I found my new car wash spot!!! The cost is $15 for a car wash and interior vacuum. They were so through and left my car spotless! Half days off on Wednesday for ladies. Highly recommend!

I recently moved into the area and needed to find a local car wash. I was recommended to come here by my fiancé. He takes his car to Ultra Shine. And OMG I was so impressed with how thorough they cleaned my car. They clean the spots MOST car washes miss!They scored a new customer and this is NOW my new spot!

1000% worth it. They actually work hard to get ur car clean. This type of service is rare in Chicago trust me. Granted, I did go on a saturday but nevertheless they did a great job.

They want me to pay even before they finish, they put the garbage in the front seat they didnt throw it away and when I talked to the owner he told me its a quick wash not a detail 😒very bad service I attached some pictures to prove their poor service...

Unfortunately the advertisement is not true... They charge me 17 dls for just in and out... They told me that they were going to clean the trunk they didnt, the tires they didnt, undercarriage they didnt,,...Very Disappointed not coming back

I waited at 6pm to be told at 630pm they couldn’t wash my car because they were closing at 7pm update your times online and at your location if you close at 7pm instead of 8pm. Wasted my time.

Im kind of disappointed this morning, usually they do a good job but I dont know what happened today. I came here all the time to wash my car. But this morning they left the front board so dusty, they didnt even touch it.

Amazing place to come get your car washed from the inside and out. They pay attention to detail even at their busiest times. I would definitely reccomend to anybody who loves a clean car, uber/lyft drivers and also people who have high end vehicles. I have $3000 wheels and not once did their products nor workers damage my wheels. I come here on a weekly basis and i highly suggest you give it a try.

I have been coming here for about a year, and always come out with a spotless car. They always do a great job on both of my cars. I had them completely detailed for $139 per car, worth every penny. The staff who clean your car all seem nice but do not do a great job. The owner or manager however, stands there chain smoking so your clean car smells like cigarettes. Then you have to walk past his cloud of smoke to get to your car when it’s done. Go to Pierre’s down the street!

They were great, but not anymore. When Jimmy was still around, things got done.They got so lazy. They leave streaks on my windows, dust on the dash, and they dont dry the car entirely. They need to step up their game. Ive always came here since theyve open. But Im taking my car else where now

Normally this is my go to for hand car wash but not anymore. Paid to armor all dash and doors. My dash has lint all over it from the towels and my doors have spots missing armor all. They didnt really wipe the trunk area and it had soap stains all over the inside area. Sign said new management so im assuming thats the issue. Not worth the time and money anymore. Rather sit and wait at pierres again.

Literally just left from there and my car was not even cleaned, they just sprayed my tires with water and it looks like someone just used a dry towel all over the car, the guy that i met when i arrived he kept asking me what do you want us to wash “exactly” I’m like the car? And he sarcastically responded with “what parts of the car”

They have an early morning special Monday-Thursday 7am-11am. I think its $5 off regular price. They do a good job.

I paid for an early bird regular car wash for $9.99 and once my mini suv was done being washed I looked over everything on the exterior/interior. I noticed that they did a lazy job. There were still stains/dirt that was uncleaned from the interior front to back. They didnt vacuum in between the seats, the inside was dusty still as it was when I brought it in. They didnt wipe the door panels, nor the dash, gearshift properly. When I made a complaint about it the guy who I paid at the register tried to correct it but did a poor job and acted as if I was in the wrong for bringing it to his attention.As I started to go behind them and clean it for myself while still on their property, The guy has the audacity to ask me to pull up into the alley way/exit because they have a line. I informed him that I wasnt leaving until I finished wiping down my car and that I am a dissatisfied customer and wont be rushed.He then tried to give me back my money instead of providing efficient customer service nor rectifying the problem. I told him keep the money but I will leave when Im done finishing what you and your team didnt.If you want to avoid a lousy car wash, headache, frustration, poor customer service, waste of money and time, please go somewhere else or try at your own risk!!!I was a first time customer and now I know not to ever go back and will not recommend to anyone!!

Robert the manager n his crew. Are AWSOME.The secrest to these guys is recognition. Robert remember me and how I like my vehicles to be cleaned. Evrytime.Sometimes I go n Robert is short handed a couple of crew members. But the guy is KILLING IT.And I always drop a big tip in the Tip Box.Tip the guys it makes all the difference

Slow very slow.. workers work like turtles and it is not busy. 4 cars here I’m the 2nd and it’s take over a half hour going on 40 minutes to clean a Volkswagen Jetta. It takes me bout 30 minutes do clean and dry in and out by myself killing me!!! SHM!!!

Tried this new car wash has been in business for a year they are pretty good they they take their time washing your vehicle properly but still need to improve in some small details but overall the experience was good
