I had to wait a few weeks for a full interior detailing and hand wash appointment but it was well with the wait. Riverview did such an amazing job removing all the dirt, grime and stains that had built up over the years that the car looks new! I will be recommending Riverview and returning soon!

I found this gem a few months ago and it is my favorite car wash. I’ve been to dozens over the years and have never seen the owner/manager actually check the cars. Everyone is kind. Plus I love the Riverview Theme (only us old timers know about this). I just got my car car detailed and it’s a brand new car again. Simply amazing.

Glad I came across this place, way better and more friendly than many others around the city, just wish the undercarriage wash was better, but overall a good spa day for your car, make it your place to come in the winter!

This place was great, fast efficient I went on a Thursday around 2 and they took care of me so fast, hand washed my car, hand dried, cleaned all the windows inside and out, and wiped the inside all for a great price! TIP THEM WELL! They deserve it especially busting out the cars like they do!

Some kind of scam going on here?! A few months ago I got a wash here and noticed a white scratch. Didnt see anything so couldnt prove. But this week while my car was being washed I noted Anthony climbing into rafters grabbing mats. Odd. Then I get into my car and there is cheap large dollar tree mats- who wouldnt notice this??!!Im like these are not mine. I had new weather teks. Got me out of there but I was not gonna let it go. I went back and then noticed a similar model to mine on side. I was told no chance your mats are in there. Hmmmm.They suggested that car in front of me may have gotten them accidentally. It was a new bmw - I drive a Toyota so Im guessing he had mats. No way this was an accident and they were very rude. Implying Im a shallow person for wanting my custom mats? And if one got the wrong ones most of us would call or return them within a few minutes. Two hours later I demanded to be reimbursed. They wanted to get me some. Would they have actually been custom weather teks? Hell no! Theyd have gone to a parts store and gotten cheap fakes. Please dont assume your female customers are dumb and can be scammed!! I get that you are underpaid and rushed- but if this was a true accident- own it dont try to cover it up! Which you know you did. Once mats where damaged lost or misplaced you could have spoken to me. Instead you pulled dollar store mats out of storage and hoped I would not notice? Wow.I suggest going to Glitz up street. Longer wait and more money but you won’t have issues.

One of the worst place I ever been. The manager is unprofessional and I’ll mannered. When I said they dint clean my car, he said go away or else I will shoot you. He is thief as he charge my extra saying he will clean my car interior thoroughly.

A few things drew me to this business: the tie in with the old Riverview amusement park, their prices listed their website, and someone picking up then phone when I called, with the ability to answer all my questions.Anthony was great, telling me how long it would take, and also mentioning for pet hair the prices would be slightly higher, I really appreciated this being disclosed upfront.I was blown away by the quality they did on every surface and the upholstery.The car hasnt look this good since the day we took it off the lot.Ill be back for sure.

I drove 45 minutes in Cubs traffic to get to this place - was trying to find a place with good reviews. Got there tonight at 6:33pm. I noticed the door was down but figured that was because the inside was filled to the back with cars. About 10 minutes after waiting outside for more cars to move up, an employee came out and said no more / they are closed. I said can you please just take one more, I drove 45 minutes and your sign says open til 7pm. He said no. I asked again nicely once more because of my driving time and he said no. Wish I could have had a chance to experience these “good reviews”.

Oh my goodness! This was our first time here and it will not be our last. I was amazed and so appreciative of the hard work and attention to detail that everyone took. Our car is sparkly clean after the rough and dirty winter. Thank you so much, gentlemen!!!

I was looking for a hand car wash in Lakeview and happened across this place. Definitely a great find. Very thorough and detailed cleaning at a reasonable price.I usually go for the silver streak which costs $19 for my compact SUV. It leaves my car feeling good as new inside and out. And they shampoo the floor mats as well.Wait time gets long because its a really popular place, but thats probably because Im always there on a weekend afternoon.They have much cheaper prices on weekday mornings but I havent gotten a chance to go then.

I am completely blown away by the transformation in my car after a detailing. I brought in my disgusting Volvo that was covered with dog hair and water/mud on the floors from the recent snow. My car feels brand new after the detailing. It’s spotless. I honestly can’t believe it. I will definitely be going back in the future.

The tires & wheels werent dressed (slick shine), Im finding random stuff from the road, pieces of wax, left over soap, and dirt I can wipe off with my finger on the exterior body. On the inside, I have dirt and dog hair everywhere. Why didnt I just throw $30 in the trash and light it on fire?

Over the past few visits. I notice that they barely use any car was soap. I paid for the silver streak $18. plus a $5 tip Id expect a better job than an automatic car wash. Ive been coming here for almost 2 years and have had redeemed my punch card twice for a free wash. so thats 22 washes. and on my 3rd card. I dont know what happened but all I can say is during the summers I tend to wash my own car because of experiences like this. I dont want to have to find another spot to wash my vehicle during the cooler months of the year. If I had taken pictures of my most recent car wash, it would have more spots than this.

I always see a long line at this place. For a hand wash and interior cleaning, $17.99 for the silver service, I thought it was a steal. But, you get what you pay for. I could’ve done a better job myself with a 25 cent hand vacuum and a $7 car wash at the gas station.

Super clean and not a machine wash. This place is an absolute car wash gem in Riverview.

They did a great job inside and out. Car smells good inside, not too chemically. I had my bike on my bike rack, and they even washed and dried my bike! Friendly service and worth the price.

I paid extra to have them clean the inside of my car extra clean and it appears like they didn’t vacuum it at all. I have never given anyone a bad review in my life but I am very irritated that I asked for the inside to be extra cleaned paid extra for it and now I am vacuuming it myself. There was a special for interior and exterior cleaned for 10.95 I paid $20 for the extra cleaning and it wasn’t vacuumed at all.

Great service, quick and affordable. Where able to get the salt accumulation on my truck off quick and easy. Would definitely return.

Walked in due to the 4.6 star review, they are not even close to that I had to go back home and rewash and revacum everything all over again, if you ask my wife I spent over 2 hrs to finish it up. Thanks not going back there!

I brought my Audi Q3 here for an ozone treatment and hand wash. The level and quality of service I received was beyond exceptional. My car has never felt/smelled cleaner. I even received a phone call 15 minutes prior to the end of the wash so I can make my way back there.Could not be happier here, I will definitely be returning.

For real. Bar none best wash north side. Owner is always there and the guys take their time and make sure its soup to nuts.

Had a quote from another place for several hundred dollars and a couple days in the shop to remove some clear coat damage/staining. Anthony at Riverview took a look and offered to try to polish it out in a small section. It worked like a charm. Forty-five minutes and $65 later, there was no sign of the damage. Im so glad I came in and will certainly be back.

This place does a very thorough job, which can lead to some long wait times. Just be aware that they pay a lot of attention to each car, so it will take time if its crowded.

I am very particular about my car and have to been to several car washes. Of course, nothing is perfect, but Riverview is close to it. After visiting many washes this wash seems to have perfected the system. Im a bit OCD and really appreciate they dont use the same towel to clean the inside and the outside of the car. A big plus is the manager (maybe the owner). He is super friendly and personally checks on the cars. Highly recommended and they have earned a life-long customer.

This place is incredible!! Even with their cheapest wash my car looks likes it’s been detailed! I make a special trip to come here no matter where I have lived because I’ve never experienced a place that does such an impeccable job. Even when they’re busy, they’re quick and the car is spotless.

Not well.

I went to Riverview for the first time today. While I was there I watched another vehicle leave the facility with a huge dirty spot on the back bumper. The dirt was missed during the wash and dry. When I walked up to my car it looked better than the other. However, when I got to my next stop I noticed a dirty spot on the drivers door and on the front driver side fender. Again, missed in the wash and the dry process. I will not be returning.

Absolutely the best hand car wash in the Chicago land area. I have been coming here for years even after moving to Glen Ellyn. The management and staff will always go above and beyond. I highly recommend this place.

Manager the gentleman who rung me up deserves more than 5 stars. I washed a company vehicle here and used a fleet card. Unfortunately the machine did not read the fleet card. Made my car clean at a great price.

I found Riverview this spring after my previous spot changed ownership. I am a very discerning customer and these guys treat my car and finish as if it were their own. Manager (Anthony) very accommodating to special requests. Low turnover of crew, very detail oriented. They recognized my car and requests from second trip on and know exactly what I want. Anyone who is looking for more than a taxi cab or soccer mom wash this is your spot.

Had my car detailed this past weekend. They did a fantastic job! My car looked brand new inside and out. They took me out to look at the car before they asked for a dime (despite me holding my cc ready to pay). They responded to my request for an appointment with 20 minutes of my request, so very responsive. This will be my go to place moving forward.

Great work and adequate communication. They did very good work all around. They could have vacuumed better but they did a really good job regardless. The car was filthy, has been at least a year since it even saw a spit shine. They did a great job on my rims, looking better than I thought they could get. It took about 30 minutes to do everything. I was recommended this car wash by a roommate and chose it over a much more expensive detailing place and am very happy with my decision and the recommendation. Will use again.

Had my Car cleaned here and the service, work and over all Attention to detail is above the standards of any Detail shop I have ever been to. The price was reasonable for the outcome, my car looks brand new inside and out. There were stains on my bone colored carpet and some scratches on the outside of my car, but they were all taken care of. Thank you to the whole shop team, will be recommending to people and will be back.

I took my car in for an interior detail yesterday and it was hands down the best detail I have ever had. The car looks brand new! It was the best $90 I have spent. They are honest, hard working people. They put all of my stuff in a plastic bag and placed it in the trunk so they could clean all the compartments. Every inch of the car was spotless. I am so impressed! It took about 3.5 hours for my four door car. They gave me a call 45 minutes prior to finishing so I can have enough time to get back to the shop. I will be going there again!

This is the best car wash Ive ever visited. Basic car wash is extremely thorough and this time I got a full detail for a reasonable price and it was like I got a brand new car!

They have a great selection of car washes for decent prices. I keep coming back, its a bit of a wait but you get to watch your car go from dirty to clean.

By far the best place to get your car washed. Not only do they do an amazing job, but the customer service is like no other. I just got my my car detailed full body detail and it looks like a brand new car. They even cleaned under the hood along with the engine-- Absolutely blown away. I highly recommend them and will definitely be a life long customer.

These guys did a great job detailing our cars, and the customer service was beyond expectations. We found a problem with the leather seats after their cleaning. The employees and the owner took great care and concern with the issue. We determined it was NOT caused by Riverview. In fact, a dealer confirmed it was a factory install issue and fixed for free. Still, the response, the follow up, the concern, was all above and beyond. That is all on top of a thorough cleaning inside and out an a great price.

First time: 5 star.Second time: the worst experience with a car wash.The car was basically clean before inside except for my seat space. After paying 18$+4$ tip for the silver service, I had to clean the car inside by myself.The salt that was before on the carpet was still there. It looked like it had not been vacuumed. Also outside few spots (corner of the doors, steps etc) were still dirty, immaculate.I asked them to clean my front spot again and... similar results.22$...

Hit and miss for me. Ive gotten a complete, full detail that I got charged almost $300 for when they advertise $160, but it was the best. I have a white German Shepherd that sheds like crazy and youd never know he ever entered that car! And they detailed the engine to where it looked brand new. So I was reluctantly ok with the price. But then I took my other SUV in there and just got their silver wash and was very disappointed. I should have walked around the whole car before I left, so thats on me, but I spent another 30 minutes at home just getting the exterior clean. They missed a ton. Not sure Ill go back. Maybe in 6 months or so just to test it out again.

I live right down the street from this place and have been taking my car in whenever I can since they opened up. For the price (I think its still just $7.95 for a standard wash), they do a ridiculously thorough job and I always leave really satisfied with how my car looks inside and out. One note: because they are very thorough, this isnt the place to go if you are in a big hurry - expect the wash to take a minimum of 20 minutes.

The 3 car wash does a far better job. I got the silver streak and none of the car was vacuumed, the tires werent cleaned and dirt spots were left everywhere. I will not waste my money there again.

Best spot on the Northside for your car CLEANSED

Extremely sub-par carwash for the price. They did not vacuum under seats or trunk. They did not wipe down inner console in car. Tires were not touched. Side mirrors and front Windows left dirty. I will definitely not be returning. I am really shocked as all They do there is wash cars and they couldnt even wash mine correctly. Went on January 21st, 2017. Sucked.

So they used dirty clothes to wash the car and I now have small circular scratches all over the car. They are only noticable on an angle.. but they are there.

Just above and beyond the expected experience! Guys, I read all the reviews and its honestly the singular thing that compelled me to try them out and Im so very glad I did. Not only was the job on my car impeccable, but they have the lowest prices around too. Glad to add to their stellar reputation.
