First time trying them out as I always pass by to and from work. Decided to give them a try this early morning since they were not busy and did not have a line. However, I was disappointed in the car wash.You would think them being slow and that they had just opened up at 7am they would have done a better job. I had paid for the Platinum service, which they have listed as “EVERYTHING”. My windows also had streaks but did not come up on pictures. I guess “everything” does not mean everything.

Feels like a new car every time, the best service. Dog puked in the car and they cleaned it up like nothing ever happened. Thank you very much!

One of the best hand carwash places I have been to. The guys are very good, detailed and extremely kind. Even with their morning special when it is extremely busy I am always satisfied. At busy times its truly remarkable how quick they are and still maintain the same detail and customer service. I always tip, and I encourage it as they all deserve it.

The interior of the car is not cleaned at all, there is dust everywhere. I dont recommend.

Would not recommend I even verified with person that I get the inside vacuumed. Poor service. Specially on a slow day. I have two covers in the back and I would also understand if a stain from couldn’t be removed obviously but they never vacuumed all they did was throw the first seat cover and scrunch it up as to seem like they did something. Unfortunately I saw this too late. Would not recommend at all.

I forgot how poorly these guys clean your car. I went there the years ago when I moved in the area and just went back for quick cleaning. Front of car still had bugs and they didnt even vacuum it the back of my SUV. Looked like they didnt even sit down or clean the dash. $22. Never again.

Went in with 2 front floor matts. 30 dollar car wash later they lost one of my front matts. Now the 30 dollar washis going to cost 130 after i replace my matts. Not wandering away from Luxury Auto Salon in Des Plaines anymore. This run down car wash is just dirty and the real cost is expensive.

These guys know how to handle business. I needed a wash and it was late Saturday evening they still got me and got my ride cleans as a whitsle. They could have did a poor job at the end of shift but they took their time and got me together!

Lady at the front desk was rude. And annoyed for some odd reason.But, if your desperate to get a quick wash cause it’s a hand, DONT GO! THEY WILL SCRATCH YOUR CAR! THEY USE THE AIR HOSE, to make it “quick dry”I have pictures but I can’t load them up.

The cashiers are always friendly and polite but the first set of washers have a little bit of an attitude. I always make sure to ask that my tires be shined and the interior as well but for the past two years the quality has gone down. Dirty mats, dirty tires with barely any shine or not at all, interior barely wiped down. Not asking for much, just what your business promises or takes pride in. Hate to leave...

Quick but poor quality. The vacuuming was done poorly, there were still areas within sight that had not even been considered by the company to be cleaned. Dust is visible within every corner of the dash board. The cashier looked at the trunk of my pickup truck and charged an additional $10 to have it cleaned. The worst part is that they didn’t even do a great job on the trunk of my pick up which was the main reason I went to the car wash. I would not recommend.

Very nice staff. Like any car wash, its long wait times on busy days. But on slower days, youre in and out in about 10 minutes.

Knowing that its about turnaround quickness they do a good job. Cant be washed flawless unless they have more then 15 to 30 mins especially if you bring something extremely filthy.. if you want it done perfectly do a full detail.. then if something wasnt done then complain..

Good wash good price

Dont bother wasting your money. I had to ask them to clean my inside windshield after they told me they were done. Ended up pulling over and wrong with my own cloth to get all their towel hairs off my car, then I noticed they didnt even wipe down the bottom of my dirty door or runner. Too bad they are so close cause Ill never use again.

I have my cars washed regularly here. I also get full details on my vehicles including a collector car. They are friendly, professional, and always do a great job. Prices are fair. I wouldnt go anywhere else!

Do very good work and very fast Friendly staff. If they missed a spot just let them know and they will be happy to take care of it and if anything needs any specific or special attention just let them know in advance and they do their best to make you happy

I’ve been here a couple of times and every time it’s seems like they clean the side of where you are going to drive. You pay for platinum price and get nothing. No armor all and most of all no wash. They are in a hurry to get it done but not do a good job. I would not recommend. This is literally how my car looks after I drove 5 blocks to my house.

As always a great job in getting my dirty car clean. They vacuum all places including the trunk or cargo area and clean the door jams as well.

I came in with 4 mats and left with 3. When I returned to retrieve it, noone knew where it went and noone attempted to make it right. I will never return to this place. The language barrier made the problem even worse. Smh! In addition to that, my car wasnt fully cleaned on the inside.

Nest car to take your car to for the price they do a pretty good job, they just stuff here and there but get 90% of it 90% 9f the time, used to go here once a week, when I lived in Jefferson Park, I live by starved Rock now (1 1/2 hours away) but every time Im close I will stop in and have them due my car.

To be honest, the people that give them 1 star or 2 or 3 or 4 are clearly people who are think they are better than everyone, customer service was great, the cleaning was perfect, I will definitely be coming back, they really gained my trust on my first time there, I had lost $20 like 2 months ago, and as soon as i went in my car when they were done, the money was right there in my cup holder, gentleman said he found it and placed it for me to see, really built my trust and l appreciate it

Terrible job ! I did the detail here and I had to finish it myself. Even outside wash was bad, not sure how they spent a whole day on the car. Will not recommend nor will I return here. I learned a lesson though... not to leave a $20 tip before the job is done.

Get in for the early special, weekdays before 10; you get $5.00 off. Hand car wash, they did a pretty good job. Ill admit my vehicle was pretty dirty. A few spots missed, but overall a good job for the money. I did have to wipe down the exteriors again to get it evenly clean. Basic special good wash for the money a good value

Best car wash ever!

I have been here many times however this is the second time they had me Drive off without my keys. If you have a push start car that doesn’t alert you that your key is not in the car make sure they are in there because the workers will forget to give it to you. It is not a good feeling getting all the way home, stop your car and can’t get inside your house or start your car. They will not give my business again!.

Only place that actually washes my rims. Does a okay job on the drying. Gotta clean some dry spots myself sometimes after the wash. I usually go for the early bird discount in the mornings and get the premium wash. THEY HAVE PUNCH CARDS NOW! ASK FOR THEM AT DESK. anyways they use the pressured air to get water out of little places but then dont clean where that water sprays to and Im left with random dry dirt spots on the car. They do a good job though either way. Would recommend.

I take my cars for wash there regularly, (own 3 cars). I noticed last week that when I went in for a car wash and my floor weren’t vacuumed. So I let it go as I was a bit tight on my schedule. I went in this morning got a platinum car wash and noticed that the floor weren’t vacuumed again. Went to the back seat to fix my mat, also noticed my back windows and my back seat weren’t wiped or cleaned. As I complained to the manager on duty he said I needed “deep detail” on my car wash, so I took out “armor all” spray from my dash and showed him that I didn’t need it. He refused to listen to me. So I asked them to read what is listed on “platinum card board” to follow the guidelines. He said that next time I come in he will give me a “discount” on the wash. Wait a minute, I just paid for a wash, why should I have to pay for unfinished job. As I told the owner and he told the manger to drive in my car from another door and the manager refused to listen to the owner and walks away. Poor management skills! I will never be going back there again!! BEWARE!!!

Nice detailed car wash and the price was right!!! They were thorough, I love a place that uses those air guns to dry your window linings. U can roll ur window down right after the wash and no water marks!!!

They seem very organized here. They are reasonably priced and they do a very thorough job. Short wait if you can get there early enough in the day.

Disappointing. The car was cleaned inside and out in a reasonable amount of time, and the staff seemed attentive to details... Then, I took a closer look.The wheel black was not dry when I drive off, so it spattered the car. Inside, whilst windows were clean and the car was vacuumed effectively, the surfaces were smeared and not quite clean.I think this is value for money if you get the early bird special during the week, but certainly not worth paying a premium.

Very bad service it happens every time I pay 27 dollars for a full car wash rims and car and every time they do a very poor job and don’t even clean the car at all nor the rims all the employees don’t speak English but make fun of you in Spanish. I don’t recommend this car wash to anyone.

I brought it in on a Monday morning 9am and was told it would be ready Tuesday 9-10am. On Tuesday I called at 9am and was told there would be a delay until 1 to 2pm. I called at 1pm and was told there would be a delay until 3-4pm for sure. I arrived at 4pm and waited until 5pm!!! The car was not even ready...they were still working on it inside and out; the floor/seats had visible crumbs everywhere, and there were water splatters and dust on the trunk!! One of the main washing employees was extremely rude and said Laaaaady in an obnoxious way when I kept pointing out what they hadnt done..because he had to go and fix it.*******I asked the owner for a refund for this extreme delay/terrible job and he refused! SO rude and unprofessional...he also told me that the job wasnt done well because I was RUSHING his employees by calling 3 times that day! RIDICULOUS!!!! So hes expecting me to not to call and ask about my car A DAY AND A HALF after I brought in the car!?? It was supposed to be ready at 9am!!!!THE WORST WAS ONLY YET TO COME, FOLKS...keep reading:After the service I noticed that the check engine light was on in my car, which was not on before service. Turns out that there was water damage to my gas pedal sensor! This part cost me $184!!!!!!!!!!!!! ALSO, the employees soaked up my car seats and carpet so much that there is mildew and a disgusting moldy smell that I cannot get out a week later!! My car is ruined, and now I also have to get NEW CARPETS for almost $200. I dont even know what to do with the seats, or the overall smell!!!!!I called the office (asking to speak to the owner) to demand a refund for my service and for these parts. For two days, the employees told me he was at lunch, or running errands, or that he would be in at a different time- EVERY TIME I CALLED. I told them to give him my number. Extremely slow and poor service only 3 people working. Took one hour to do a complete hand car wash which is fine however the outcome was piss poor cleaning. I had to wipe the seats and dashboard to get rid of the fabric dust. Once it was good but no longer I recommend this car wash to anyone

Last few times I have gone I have had a bad experience. I pay for the platinum each time I go which is like 20 or so bucks and I also buy airfresheners too. Windows left with streaks my seats have gotten a new stain on them every single time I have gone. The most recent time I went I paid for mine and my wifes car to be washed. Got home to find streaks all over all of our Windows and the vacuum job was done poorly. Went back with both cars a few mins later to complain. All the owner offered was to redo it or refund me my money.. what a great way to keep your customers.. should have offered me a free wash for next time.. wont go back..

I recently went in for a car wash and after it is all done the next day I noticed that things of mine were missing out of the car. It sucks that I paid to get stolen from. Its not the fact that things got stolen from my vehicle its the fact that I feel violated by it.

The waiting on wknds is terrible!! I had 5 cars ahead and it took 1h and 30 min to get out ! And they re not paying attention to the interior of the car they scratch the learher..

Not sure how this place really works, many times i have taken my car and I always find dirty spots in the vehicle, thats why i stopped taking it when its full price and only take it when its early bird special. I had buff my car not long ago and i had some white marks on the rubber part of the bumper from the wax and for sure wouldve come out with the soap and water. When i asked the guy to please wash that he said no and just told me to get the white stuff out myself with my finger. Found this disrespectful. I told the lady in charge and when she came to see it another worker had the nerve to say that the marks were from damages and scratches. Clearly they dont know nothing about the car wash business.For quick early bird special its ok, for full price you can find better car washes around.

They charged me for the interior and exterior cleaning, however the interior was untouched and my cars interior smelled awful, i suppose they used a dirty cloth. I dont recommend this place at all, dont be fooled by the appearance of the place, i assume its just new.
