This place has gone downhill the last couple of years. Machines are constantly not working properly. This use to be my go to spot but not anymore.

Machines are mostly out of order the bill changer doesnt work 🙄 god its awful

Worst car wash in all of chicago

Automated car wash system did not do a good job. There was still dirt and dust on my car! I couldnt find an attendant anywhere either. Dont call the toll-free number to complain because its only a survey. Save your money!

Place is very bad shape

If you like to wash your car yourself, Duckys car wash makes it easy for you. Relatively inexpensive, and you dont have to worry about damage to your vehicle like you do when you use the automatic car washes. Just make sure that you check the car wash bay that it has both the wand and the brush to wash your car. I noticed last time I was there thats some Bays had damaged wands and/or brushes.

Quick stop to wash your car. The automatic wash does a great job

The pressure was normal and staff were on duty and price is good. Good place for wash your car and saving time

Car wash is old, but reliable...$2 self wash for around 5 minutes

They dont manage or care for any of the systems, brushes are filthy, vacuums dont work, and machines just eats your change but dont function. Please avoid. They dont care about the business.

Gets the job done.Looks abandoned and Ive gotten a few flat tires after leaving that place. Theres a tire shop on that same street and Im pretty sure the mechanics throw nails in the Duckys lot. Ive spotted a few by the vacuum and dry stations.

The automatic is a rip off. First would accept my payment from my card I tried twice now I have to see if theres a bill for it. Just pay for the lowest setting if you use it. I spent the whole $10 and it was nothing more than a light rinse with soap. I went back into a manual to see if I can rinse some off and its $2 for 3 mins. So I basically ended up spending $20 for a rinse, I could have done with a hose at home. Ill be going somewhere this week for a better work and for cheaper. If you do want to go here I suggest two people for the manual and work fast.

Is this place closed and abandoned and they forgot to turn the water off? The changers dont work and neither do the bill accepters on the bays. No attendant on duty.

Worst car wash place I been

I didnt care for the wash experience as much. The soap in the power soap option was non existent. The time limit given to clean is too short. The machines are outdated. The place could use a repaving.

Easy access, equipment always works, attendant on duty. Summer time is busy.

A little run down, but the touchless car was is its best feature. Lowered car friendly, and the most expensive wash option uses high pressured water which cleans relatively well. The lower priced options do not use the high pressured water. Difficult to find any touchless car washes, and even more so one that I can take my lowered car in

This spot is in need of an upgrade. Water at times comes out less than average and sometimes more than often the soap needs refilling.

Change machine works great

No customer service or working number, machines are not working, stole $10.00 bill that I put in to get changed... Where do I get my money back... This place is not all functional you basically take your chances wish I knew this before. If someone knows how to contact them please let me know.

Automatic wash is useless. Car was as dirty before than after.

This place is horrible first the pavement has potholes everywhere, they only have like 3 working vacuum cleaners most of them take your money and don’t do anything equipment is rundown most of the spots are closed because they dont work no high pressure soap etc they need to either close down or get new management.

Automatic car wash bays seldom work right .manuel wash works alright do it yourself.
